What a unique stay! Bungalows are in the woods surrounded by nature. We felt secluded and enjoyed the wildlife all around us. The hiking trails were wonderful, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bungalows are clean and modern and come with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Also conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Loved it!

Everything about the property was amazing. The cabin was immaculate, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The deck was perfect to sit and watch wildlife. It is walkable to a few restaurants and a grocery store. And it is only a 10 minute drive to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve.

The description on the website and photograph do not do the property justice. It excelled on all counts only issue was that the ramp leading up to our Cabana was quite steep, which could be an issue for someone with mobility issues and would just need to be worked out in advance with the property. The location was excellent. There is a locked gate into the property so Security is superb. The property is in the middle of the cloud forest with many birds just outside the window. This is a deluxe property at moderate rates would absolutely stay here again when in Monte Verde.

The property is excellent. We simply loved our stay at Los Pinos Cabanas.It is such a beautiful property and surrounding is amazing. The place is so beautiful we wanted to just stay a few more days to enjoy the property. It is central to all shopping, groceries and restaurants. The property has trails we enjoyed so much. It was super clean, all rooms had an attached bathroom which was such a HUGE bonus. They have a beautiful patio with swing and a table to enjoy our dinner outdoors. I will highly recommend this to my friends and family and would love to myself come back and stay here. Only recommendation is to maybe have a portable heater in the unit. It does get cold even in June month and a little heat would be awesome.

The property was very nice, immersed in the woods. The only concern is that because of the same a lot of bugs get into the house via cracks/crevices. We did find quite a few spiders some of which were on the bigger side. The location is great and convenient! We saw wildlife at the property which was a plus! They have a decent trail, we enjoyed our walk/hike!

One of a kind place amidst forest and reserve. Wood cabins gave a wonderful feel and the stay was very comfortable. It has all the necessities, and they also provide room service cleaning. Lots of animals and birds that you can see within the property. We saw Toucans, hummingbirds, parrots, spider monkeys, agouti etc. Would definitely come back!

The cabin was comfortable and spacious. Perfect for what we needed. Staff was great and the grounds were beautiful. We saw animals and birds right in front of our cabin.

The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and guides. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a good kitchen. The property is gorgeous! Just like having a wildlife reserve just outside your door, including good hiking trails to the upper part of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Despite our short stay, we loved the secluded hot tubs, spacious and clean room, and excellent food at the restaurant. The friendly and accommodating staff, from the receptionist to the bartender and waiter, made our experience memorable.

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Hütte hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer (Familien-Hütte)

Incroyable site ! C’était comme entrée dans le site de Jurassic Park. Une vrai immersion dans la nature. Les jardins étaient sublimes en plus d’offrir l’accès à un petit réseau de randonnée au pied de notre Cabañas. Celle-ci était parfaite pour notre petite famille de 3 avec notre garçon de 6 ans. Nous avions beaucoup d’espace dans notre chalet rustique supérieur. Nous y sommes demeurés pour 3 nuits et le personnel était extrêmement disponible et accueillant. Grâce aux excellentes recommandations de l’équipe nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées et une marche de nuit privée loin des foules et des touristes. Excellent choix pour se loger lors de votre séjour à Monteverde !

Quiet, peaceful stay in a character, wood cottage. Set in a forest, don't forget to climb the hill to the lookout. Enjoyed the fireplace and everything about the visit.

My family of five had a wonderful stay in the family cabin. Plenty of space and we saw wildlife everyday.

My sole complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer! An absolutely idyllic place to stay while visiting the area. The people working were lovely, the cabin was beautiful, there were so many incredible birds to see just relaxing on the deck, and groceries and restaurants were within walking distance. I would definitely return.
