Struttura pulita e personale cortesemente ottima la collaborazione

I'm so glad I chose the Expo Hotel Milan. Most important to mention is how great the staff is. They are all exceptionally kind and try to do everything they can to help you. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Their breakfast was great (delicious scrambled and hardboiled eggs, different cooked meats, yogurts, and assorted breads and pastries). The hotel itself is in a smaller industrial town outside of Milan, so the view isn't beautiful, but that's also why it's so quiet. It is a 45 minute car ride to the center of Milan, and a 25 minute drive to MXP airport. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

hotel molto curato nei dettagli pulizia, ordine efficienza in primo piano 2 giovani in reception ottimamente preparati e con estrema gentilezza complimenti anche alla signora del Breakfast per la simpatia, la cura dell'ospite e del Buffet! SERVIZI SUPERLATIVI per chi desidera il panorama , la posizione purtroppo non aiuta poichè vicino a fabbriche e cimitero, ma basta non farci caso, anzi aiuta il relax

This hotel started indoor cleaning in the early morning. I have asked many times not to do the indoor cleaning in the morning, but I still knocked on the door early in the morning to wake me up. And it was extremely rude, not only woke me up in the morning, but also harassed me by opening the door with the key. These staff members are full of swear words and shameless hooligans. I checked out early and asked for a full refund. In addition, the non-alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator in this hotel have to be charged, and there is no charge reminder and price. I drank a few bottles of drinks from the refrigerator in this hotel and was rudely asked to pay 19 euros when I checked out. This is nothing short of extortion.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la banlieue de Milan. Endroit calme et hôtel propre avec tout le confort. Bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement.

I though the reception staff were excellent. The restaurant menu was small but a really tasty selection. The spa area is small but presented really nicely.
