It’s a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly. The room is beautiful, clean and up to date. It’s in a great location for coconut creek/margate area.

This was an unplanned get a way just for rest and relaxation. The front desk and cleaning staff was awesome and very welcoming! The room was fresh and clean.

Clean, smells good, nice amenities, very comfortable bed!

My digital key didn't work but the front desk was really helpful.

Floor was loaded with teenage girls from a hockey tournament. 1230 at night. I had to call the front desk because I couldn’t sleep. They were so noisy.

We had no hot water in our shower the first night at all. My fiancé discovered water severely leaking near the gym from the ceiling and had to let the front desk know. Had a suite and was supposed to get snacks and water, we had 5 people and received 1 Lorna doone cookie pack and 2 Waters. Room floors were dirty, closet doors were off every time we tried to open them to hang our clothes. We ordered delivery the first night and asked the driver to drop it at the front desk so we could go pick it up from there, they refused it. Uber called me and I sent my daughters down to get it. Overall, the room smelt, was kinda dirty to start and I wasn’t impressed & we always choose a Hilton type hotel. For the price I paid, I expected better
