Struttura vicina al centro di Aix-en-provance, stanze piccole ma per il prezzo sono più che oneste. Nulla di particolare da segnalare.

Logement bien équipé avec le nécessaire. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable,courtois et tres professionnel.

Location de 2 chambres pour 5 nuits chacune.chambres aux calme et assez confortable sauf la chambres c007 le matelas trop mou et deforme malgre le retornement de matelas. A part cela,rien a redire.Je rencontre un monsieur à l'acceuil,il est nouveau dans son poste mais j'appreciai son écoute, son dénouement, ses efforts pour nous satisfaire.Un grand merci et bravo a lui.

It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs. The place seems to need some better cleaning outside and perhaps a new coat of paint. There is a highway next to the property. For a next time, we would like to stay more centric as Aix has a lot to offer in terms of exploring the city, restaurants and cafes.

Ci abbiamo passato 8 gg per la visita della provenza, logisticamente è perfetto, a 2 passi da AIX , le camere non sono state all altezza, abbiamo scoperto all arrivo che la pulizia della camera era ogni 3 gg ( prenotato su Expedia dove riportava giornalmente) avevamo il cane ( supplemento di 5€ /gg) nella 2 volte che è avvenuta è stato passato solo l aspirapolvere, cambio lenzuola e teli, non è nemmeno stata messa la carta igienica mancante, la seconda volta nemmeno l aspirapolvere. Segnalata la cosa il responsabile delle struttura a provveduto a sistemare. Il posto ha un grosso potenziale, dovrebbe essere curato meglio.

Ce fut un séjour d'affaire assez intense donc trop peu présent dans la chambre.
