The staff is very nice and friendly the room is very clean the location is is very quiet and clean

The beedroom was perfect but the bathroom was to Old.

The AC in the room wasn t Working ..Went to the receptions 3 times They never Change Me to a Different Room ..One of the Worst Experience Ever ...Room Tem was on average of 78 degrees

Not only did they make him wait in the lobby for nearly an hour before giving him a room, but they also kept my $250.00 deposit and never refunded it, even though I followed their instructions and contacted them by phone and email repeatedly. Every time I called before, they recognized me immediately and addressed me by name, but now they refuse to answer my calls; when I dial from a different number, they pick up. One day, an employee told me the manager was there and should speak with me, but the manager told them he had a headache and did not want to talk. They even tried to blame the bank, Sogebank, saying it was not their responsibility, but I can clearly see that the manager and his staff are acting like a corrupt group, and this kind of behavior is one of the reasons the country cannot improve.

I arrived at 3:12 p.m. and had to wait for more than an hour for the room to be ready. They put only one bottle of water in the room for a group of 3 ( 2 adults and a child).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to Vladymir Durezin for his outstanding service. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made my experience exceptional.
