Rooms were spotless. Staff was professional, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast option was wonderfully served.

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. It could be an issue for some people. The people are very nice; it's just totally overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't recommend it.

Le personnel est très accueillant. J’ai apprécié l’offre du spa. L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter Strasbourg. Néanmoins, nous entendons les bruits provenant du couloir, et ma vue donnait sur le parking du bâtiment en face.

Personnel chaleureux, chambre design et bien aménagées. Cosy. Très propre et soigné. Situation de l’hôtel en plein cœur, proche gare et cathédrale.

Breakfast was authentic and delicious. Check-in at reception was friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. It's in a more out of the main tourist hub area so it's quiet.

Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

Très bel établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la décoration est soignée. Le personnel, notamment à l'accueil, est au petit soin. Un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix sur Strasbourg.

Hotel ben posizionato, in circa 10 min a piedi si raggiunge la cattedrale. Tutto molto nuovo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera di design per i miei gusti fin troppo perche va a scapito della comodita di utilizzo. Parere mio ripeto, sicuramente la camera è molto curata. Colazione ottima in stanza piccola. Comodo il garage a pagamento.

Hotel bem localizado equipe da recepção excelente e cordial, cafe da manha gostoso. Achei que a limpeza do quarto podia ser melhor assim como a academia muito pequena sem ar condicionado

Great hotel from the staff to the room to the area. Would definitely stay again if in strasbourg

Good location, but lots of things were not working properly in our suite. However, they tried to repair them but in the end they didnt work.
