Lovely hotel, we enjoyed it and would like to come

This was my second visit with the family and will not be last. Sherwood is perfect as usual. Thanks to all the staff making this place a wonderful area to the family holidays.

This property is at a very good location with a nice beach and several clean pools. Personnel is fine. The property is also clean overall. However, its main restaurant was invaded by flies during our stay. It was not possible to enjoy the food, especially the dessert which was always covered by several flies. This indicates an insensitive management to sanitation.

It was good especially for kids

Everything was amazing. Having an uncomfortable stomachache after every meal was unpleasant. I expected the food to be better. I hope this can be improved. If so, everything would be perfect. Thanks a lot for everything.

Herşey çok güzeldi.

Cevre duzenlemesi cok guzel az katli binalarda kaldik. Yemek kalitesi ve cesitliligi tatmin edici. Calisanlar yardimsever guleryuzlu. Negatif taraflar odada hafif gider kokusu vardi, klimaya cok ihtiyac olmadi ama calistirdigimizda gurultuluydu.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!

Unser Zimmer ist nicht gut gewesen. Dusche defekt. Tote Insekten an den Wänden. Sichtbar für jede Putzkraft. Fernseher ging nicht… Geschirr beim Frühstück grundsätzlich immer dreckig, so wie sämtliche Plätze . Abends etwas besser… Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und große Anlage . Das Personal ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist der Hammer. Ich habe alle Sherwood Hotels in der Türkei besucht. Das Essen hier ist einfach etwas besonderes. Sowohl Mittags, als auch Abends. Super Auswahl und sehr teuere Speisen. Jeden Abend gab es auch Fisch . In Deutschland hätte man allein formend essen täglich 80-150€ pro Person bezahlt. Wenn man die Sauberkeit in den Griff bekommt, ist das ein geiler Ort

I don’t recommend for couples or fellow travelers. For families with kids it’s ideal

Ruhig und nicht zu voll

Nice facility however, staff are not polite and the restaurant and rooms are not clean. Food was very average and bed not confortable. Pools, garden and kids club are very nice.

Overall a fantastic place. However, most rooms have something wrong. My sink was away from the wall and the patio doors were broken. They are going to need to spend some money in the coming years on all the rooms which all seem similar,!with similar problems.

The hotel location and stay is excellent, but the food is terrible, and the room isn’t very clean.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec beaucoup de verdure mais pas mal de point a revoir notamment la chambre qui ne correspond pas à la réservation car je devais à la base avoir de 2 chambres + 1 salon mais à l'arrivée 1 chambre + 1 salon transformé en une 2 ème chambre donc complètement différent de ce que j'ai commandé. L'hôtel me demande de voir avec Hotels.com et vice-versa. Quand c'est pour encaisser c'est fait en 2mn mais dès qu'il y a un problème plus personne !!!
