Big buffet, with a lot of options. But the bakery part was really disappointing. The bread was very hard, which is a shame giving that turkey is very good with bakery stuff.

The room was not clean when we arrived, we asked for it 5 times, after three days the cleaning lady was up but we really don’t know what she did, it was not clean yet. We booked a room for 4 persons and we ask for an extra bed for one of the kids the night we came but no one came with one. The day after I needed to say it again and the stuff were just not service minded at all.. it was just so dirty around the area. The food can u not complain about! But I will never come back to this hotel.

It was ok. It’s an old hotel, very simple. AC is working at 30%. Food is good. You get what you pay for. It’s very simple. Many families with kids. You need to walk 5 min to get to the sea. Swimming pool and water slides are ok.

We, family of 4, had an excellent stay. All is good and we want to recommend the resort to others.

Don’t waste your money to book this hotel, my wife and I stayed there for a week and had the worst experience ever! Can you believe a 4 star all inclusive resort is telling you there is no air conditioning in their rooms when it’s like 40 degrees out there and humidity is so high as well?!! Then they said there is another room with a/c and you need to pay extra 200 euros just to have the A/C for 5 days! They even charged extra to use the safety deposit box in our room! I’ve never seen or heard such things before Food quality was sooo poor Always cold always not fresh and very low quality I strongly recommend everyone not to pay these scammers!

Very disappointed, room was very nousy but changed next day. No social distancing at all no one except some staff wearing masks food was cold and also some of it was handled by guests and then put down again. We didn't see any one cleaning handrails etc no screens at reception sun beds crammed together no safe distance between them. No orderly queuing people leaning over to to see food. Toilets very smelly need a good clean. Easy to see this hotel is very short of staff. Room was not cleaned to a good standard. All in all a very poor stay for us, didn't feel particularly safe there as social distancing and mask wearing was non existent.

En général, hôtel correct. Piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants, chambre propres même si il faut faire attention à la taille de la chambre avant de booker car certaines chambres sont relativement petites et on peut vite s’y retrouver limité lorsqu’on est en famille donc faites bien attention au type de chambre que vous réservez… Niveau buffet c’était correct mais rien de foufou. Sinon nous regrettons le peu d’effort fait pour les touristes français, toutes les communications étaient faites en russe ou en anglais… heureusement que Nono l’animateur était là pour relever le niveau sur les animations dont il s’occupait car les autres animateurs ne s’intéressaient vraiment pas aux gens qui ne parlait pas le russe… La fréquentation de l’hôtel est à 95% russe ou en tout cas des pays de l’Est et ça nous donnait une impression d’un hôtel limite sectaire… Nous étions 2 familles françaises et quelques Allemands et le sentiment de rejet envers nous se faisait largement ressentir… Personnellement je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel car nous ne nous sentions pas a notre place… En résumé si vous êtes russe on vous accueille les bras ouverts et si ce n’est pas le cas vous êtes laissés de côté! Je n’étais d’ailleurs pas la seule à penser ça…

Hotel overall it’s ok. The food it’s very basic, although it’s good. Don’t expect any extraordinary cuisine. It’s not easy to fall asleep before midnight as the music goes all the way till midnight. Service it’s amazing, hotel staff very friendly.
