I wasn't sure what to expect having read some very mixed reviews. The one bedroom apartment was bigger than l thought it would be, the large queen bed comfortable, as was the sofa bed, with the kitchen adequately stocked. I had brought my own washing up liquid, dishcloth and soap, having read some reviews about the lack of such essentials. If l were being picky, I would say the availability of a toaster and a kettle (for all the tea drinkers!) and additional cups etc would improve many of the poor reviews. Alessandra at Reception was very courteous and helpful with answering any questions, but the Continental Resort website could definitely use some updating in terms of photos and information provided, e.g. on using the pool and what services are on offer at the beach, for prospective guests. The email address link provided on the site was incorrect (.ita instead of .it) which was needlessly frustrating. Overall, the pool area is clean with toilets and showers, and well-maintained. The beach area too is well-maintained, perhaps a little strict in curtailing which deckchairs can be used, especially at the end of season or the weather is bad and there are very few guests around, with low demand for beach services. Overall, though l was pleasantly surprised by Continental Resort and will definitely return! Tirrenia is a great location, not only for a beach getaway, but also in its vicinity to Pisa Airport and Train Station, as a base for further travel.

Em termos gerais , a estadia foi positiva, apesar do tempo um pouco instavél, já que choveu durante deux dias e ventou bastante! Aproveitámos as visitas aos monumentos, apesar das distancias até Pisa e Florença.

We had a wonderful stay at the Continental Resort. The property was spacious, peaceful and comfortable. The hotel manager was very kind and flexible to us.

We came in the off season and the heat did not work so the apartment was cold.

Receptionen skulle åbne kl 10.00 ved udtjekning, men der komme ikke nogle, efter at have ventet 15 min, valgte vi at kører.

Fint værelse lige ved hovedbanegården i Pisa, ganske godt til pengene. Morgenmaden var kaotisk grundet Corona, hvor man skulle betjenes af personalet, der var alt for lidt af.

Verbleven in een studio, erg ruim opgezet inclusief balkon. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Bedden waren comfortabel en ruim. Badkamer was wat minder, douchebak was er eigenlijk niet, waardoor elke keer als je douchte overal water stond in de badkamer. Er was geen informatie bekend over het verschonen van de handdoeken en bedlinnen. Toen we er eenmaal waren kwamen we erachter dat dit alleen werd gedaan als je 2 weken of langer bleef. Wel kon je tegen betaling (8euro pp per keer) je handdoeken en bedlinnen laten verschonen. Strand is erg dichtbij wat zeer prettig is. Zwembad zeer ruim opgezet. Al met al een prettig verblijf gehad.

The hotel was a short ride to pisa and at most a 5 min walk to the ocean. The area around seemed to be suffering but there was a few good places to eat if you go exploring.The resort it self was more of a cheap aparment and the picture of what i saw on expedia were not accurate.The rooms were not clean and the wifi worked better outside strangley. Im on fence in the end with recommending it,, It felt safer then rentinga hotel in pisa,it was quiet,and my kids loved going to the ocean.if you can look past alot faults it may be a dimond in the rough for you.

Pro: accoglienza -> la receptionist è stata gentilissima e super d'aiuto per me e il mio ragazzo, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande e consigliandoci al meglio ; grandezza dell'appartamento e pulizia ; lavanderia e asciugatore a gettoni Contro: mancava qualunque cosa per lavare, dal detersivo per i piatti al sapone per le mani -> forse era indicato da qualche parte che non ci sarebbero stati, ma noi non ce lo aspettavamo, ecco. ; mancavano anche i sacchetti per la spazzatura -> va benissimo buttarci la spazzatura da soli, ma almeno i sacchetti potevate metterli...

On nous a assigné un appartement sans chauffage malgré le froid et la pluie. La réception ne fonctionnait que jusqu'à 18 heures et nous avons dû demander des couvertures supplémentaires. Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain et bien que nous l'ayons demandé, ils ne nous l'ont pas donnée. Les meubles étaient usés et l'aspect de l'appartement n'était pas confortable.

Da Hotel liegt sehr zentral und sehr, sehr Nahe am Strand. Das Personal wirkte nicht richtig motiviert, daher war es nicht unfreundlich aber jedoch auch nicht herzlich. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es keiner vorhandene Artikel, man muss alles selbst mitbringen. Auch der Zimmerservice (Reinigung, Wechsel der Handtücher, etc.) blieb aus. Von daher würde ich jetzt nicht nochmals dort übernachten.

Die Einrichtung wirkte abgewohnt und in der Küche fehlten schwamm und Spülmittel, um das Geschirr abzuwaschen. Es war leider vom vorherigen Gast nicht ganz sauber gemacht worden, oder wer sonst dafür zuständig ist. Das Bad war schön und vor allem sauber. Die Couch war ungemütlich und als Schlafgelegenheit (als Couch mit Schlaffunktion ausgewiesen) nicht zumutbar. Personal war freundlich und das ansässige Lokal Beny können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
