I just love this place ❤️ I've got the same house twice and we always clean it when we leave we strip beds and put all towels together ❤️ planning a trip agian soon 🥰

Great location.

Unit was very spacious. Had everything we needed for extended stay. Amenities were great. My only complaint is that my teenage children were not allowed to join me in the fitness center even though they were accompanied by myself.

Property was nice, quiet and clean. Only thing I wish (and I say this anywhere I stay) is that there was a broom&dustpan and a vacuum to use to clean up our messes here and there.

Older townhomes but nice. Just not crazy about stairs at our ages but grandchildren had no problem.

Muito boa estadia, condomínio tranquilo , com clima super agradável, controle de acesso rígido e rápido, me sentir super seguro. A pesar de as casas serem geminadas, nao tive problemas com barulhos dos vizinhos. Casa super estruturada com utensílios domésticos, material de limpeza, lavadora de roupa e secadora, na que eu fiquei eram 3 suítes… voltaria facilmente. 30 a 40 minutos da Disney!

Regal Palms liegt in Davenport, etwas außerhalb. Durch den sehr starken Verkehr braucht man 45min bis 1h zu den Parks. Einen In der Nähe ist ein Publix, IHOP und auch ein Applebees. Es handelt sich um eine Gated Community. Eigentümer vermieten ihre Häuser an Hotelgäste. Viele wohnen auch selbst dort. Das RP hat einen großen grundsätzlich tollen Poolbereich, allerdings leider regelmäßig sehr voll. Es hat den Anschein, dass Eigentümer einfach vielen Freunden ermöglichen dort ebenfalls zu schwimmen. Es gibt es einen Arkadebereich, bei dem die Hälfte allerdings kaputt ist. Ein richtiges Restaurant gibt es nicht. Man kann zwar Burger bestellen, allerdings hat es uns dort nicht gefallen - keine schöne Atmosphäre zum Essen. Die Cocktails sind lecker aber sehr teuer. Der Fitnessraum ist okay - mehr aber auch nicht. Das Personal jedoch super nett und stets bemüht. Das Haus war grundsätzlich schön, allerdings schon richtig abgenutzt. Es wurde nie wirklich saniert. Es war alles sehr alt und teilweise auch kaputt und schlecht gereinigt. Elektrogeräte haben zwar irgendwie funktioniert aber es handelt sich durchweg um sehr günstige, alte Geräte. Zumindest war es in unserem Haus so. Die Duschamaturen wackelten, die Waschbecken hatten Rostflecken, die Fenster waren verdreckt und ließen sich kaum öffnen...das zog sich so durch. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen. Ungeziefer haben wir allerdings so nicht gesehen. Sehr wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt.

This was a very good vacation with the family I rented the place last minute oh boy and I don’t regretted it was more beautiful and better than the pictures. The staff the place. Everything was great my kids loved it and I did. Returning back again for more days. It was 3 day stay.

We have stayed here before in different houses so chose to stay again with a different company. The house, area and clubhouse was good. The downside was we were not told that tge block of houses opposite up were going to have building work which was very noisy especially in morning. Got woken up at 6 30 this morning. Not good when you are on holiday and want to relax. We were told that reception wasn't informed when work was going to be carried out.
