The property is in a charming historic Portuguese house in the old city. Excellent WiFi, location and the views of the river from the restaurant are stunning during breakfast which is included. We ate there for dinner and it was delicious! The chivito is huge, enough for two people. The staff is so kind. We would stay there again 10/10!

Excelente estadía. El hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal atento y amable. En el bistró cenamos muy bien. Cosa que mejorar: éramos tres, y a la mañana la tercera en ducharse lo terminó haciendo con agua fría… por lo demás un muy grata experiencia!

Foram duas noites fantásticas! Quarto espaçoso e confortável, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, vista perfeita. Voltaremos com certeza.

Wir hatten Zimmer 11 im neueren Teil -- sehr schön und modern gemacht, eine ausgezeichnete Ergänzung zum "alten" Teil des Hotes. Einzig die Klima-Anlage des Nachbarzimmers war zu laut, braucht eine Reparatur .....

Great room for one night. Food was execellent

Very nice boutique hotel. 9 rooms. Very nice dining area with ocean view and good local wines. Near the ferry terminal and easy walking distance to the old town. Clean and good AC.

Chic hotel. Attentive staff. Great breakfast on desk overlooking La Plata. Windows opened fresh air.

The room was great and the location was fantastic. The desk set up a wonderful wine tour in Carmelo for us. But the standout was the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was great and our dinner there was nothing short of spectacular. We recommend this hotel and restaurant for your trip to Colonia

The room was outstanding with large bedroom and sitting area. The staff were all exceptional in their willingness to help with anything. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding and a great view.

Colonia é um dos lugares mais lindos que já fui! Cada pedacinho é romântico e lindo! O charco segue exatamente a linha, luxuoso, romântico e lindo! A vista para o rio é maravilhosa! Com pôr do sol de emocionar!

Tudo estava perfeito. Café da manhã bem gostoso, com produtos frescos. Quarto extremamente limpo e aconchegante.

The property was lovely and in a great spot within the town.

Amazing stay. Quaint. Breakfast included is amazing. Ordered the Americano. Charco Bistro is the best place to eat in town. I had the shrimp appetizer and the ribeye. House red tannat was lovely! All staff were exceptionally friendly! Turn air conditioning on in the room with a remote. Go to De los Suspiros for white wine and cheese in the afternoon. Incredible!

We absolutely loved Charco. The rooms and facility are amazing and beautiful.
