Great location and really nice hotel — stylish and comfortable rooms. Only downside was a few surprise charges: they have a coffee machine in the room but charge for the pods (a first for me!), and spa access isn’t included (additional €35pp), even though that wasn’t mentioned on listing on Hotels.com (and trying to get hotels.com to rectify this has been a nightmare which is still ongoing). If you do want to stay here probably better to book direct if you plan to use the spa as they have rates with spa usage included.

Hotel lindo om equipe simpática e atenciosa. O quarto é confortável, embora o chuveiro seja um pouco apertado. O único ponto que me deixou insatisfeita foi em relação a algumas impressões que solicitei: não fui informada previamente de que haveria cobrança e, no check-out, fui surpreendida com a taxa de 26 euros pelas impressões — um valor que considero excessivo para um serviço tão simples "feito em casa". Apesar disso, tive uma boa expêriencia no hotel.

This is a great place, in a more residential area compared to downtown near Gran Via, but full of activities are in walking distance, nearby. The staff is fabulous, the feel is modern and private. We had a wonderful stay (2nd time) and would return! The only thing I would add is a yard or a rooftop terrace... :-)

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location evenly close to Serrano and city center, but still not super touristy. Very friendly and helpful staff and impressive building.

This is the first time I’ve given a low rating to this property, which I’ve stayed at multiple times and usually enjoyed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience felt different—something was missing, particularly the personal touches and attention to detail that I’ve appreciated in the past. It’s possible this was an isolated incident, perhaps related to booking through Expedia, as some hotels tend to assign less favorable rooms for third-party reservations. I hope this serves as a constructive red flag for management. I truly value this property and would love to see it return to the high standards that made me a repeat guest.

Beautiful property with a very luxurious feel. Staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The piano in the lobby at night was a lovely bonus. Rooms were cleaned daily and water/chocolates provided in the evenings. Everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. We were on the first floor directly across from the breakfast/brunch room - we like to sleep in late and we were never woken by noise in the morning. Location was excellent, right across from a nice little coffee shop and a market. Walking distance to the centre of town and easy access to transit. Could not recommend it more. I will definitely be back the next time I am im Madrid.
