Tempat yang sunyi dan selesa hanya untuk bersantai, restoran dan perkhidmatan berada jauh

Hanya mengatakan bahawa anda tidak merokok tidak mengatakan bahawa akan ada denda, 4000 baht setiap batang rokok!

The golf resort is beautiful but the service at check in was frustrating. I had arrived at 9:30pm after 16 hours of difficult travel. My connecting flight was delayed so I unexpectedly had to stay over one night in Bangkok as my next flight was not until 6pm the following day. I really needed a 3pm check out and requested the same. I'm an Accor elite member and really needed these couple extra hours in the room. Unfortunately, the following day was fully booked so I was informed my request could not be realized. I of course accepted this but the front desk then informed me they could make an exception for 3000 THB. To the weary traveler such as myself this did not make me happy. My request was not denied because it wasn't possible. It was just an opportunistic money grab by the resort. I love to play golf and if I had felt welcomed at this resort I may have returned one day deliberately and not just because I was forced to overnight due to flight delays. In the end and after much begging I was able to convince the check in desk to allow me these extra hours of rest at no charge. So sad I had to beg this small indulgence. If I can't get these basic requests fulfilled when I really need them, what 's the point of being an Accor member? I won't be back.

Sangat pengiraan. Harga tidak sepadan dengan kemudahan. Di mana terdapat bilik hotel hanya boleh kemudahan untuk satu orang, jika bagi dua orang perlu menambah lebih banyak kos. Hanya terdapat hotel yang sangat aneh seperti ini.

Sentiasa suka hotel ini. Lokasi agak sukar untuk mencari tetapi segala-galanya hebat
