We had a great time in vizag, thanks to Dolphin Hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Room was spacious, food quality was excellent and service was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. However noisy (Drill machine sound) due to renovation work and room had mosquitoes

Loud party going all night , moved room and had construction noise untill the early hours Hotels are to get a nights sleep , I got none

The bed was awful. Though I was afraid to try it, I am fairly confident that the floor would have been more comfortable.

The property is located in the heart of the city and is within approachable limits form most tourist destinations. It has a nice swimming pool and a good outdoors buffet.

It’s a good clean and tidy food is great as well.

The rooms pictures on the booking websites in comparison to the premium rooms are disappointing. The wifi connection was poor all the time. There were no proper amenities provided in the room like towels, dental kits, etc. when we reached. They provided towels that were rough like sandpaper. The good part about the stay was the food although it was overpriced. Overall an OK stay. I would have preferred for Four Points Sheraton with the tariff I paid at Dolphin.

The hotel staff is very polite and courteous. Excellent room service.
