I didn’t like that we had to climb stairs with our bags they should atleast have a lift

It’s okay and nice

In house hotel,buffet is convenient

The air-condition was very old and noisy. Breakfast had no fresh bread or rolls.

We enjoy our stay

The receptionist was very polite and professional. He is so helpful even when you ask some questions he answers with a smile. The room was supper clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay💯

The reception staff were always helpful and friendly adding to a very pleasant stay. The room was always clean and tidy when we returned after our days out. The TV did not work, but it was not a big problem - we did not mention it to the staff while we were there. I would have liked nicer/more coffee in the room, the coffee machine in the dining area did not always dispense coffee that was strong enough. The staff tried to resolve the issue, but I think the problem is the machine in humid conditions.

Convenient stop over

1st time after many stays we have been disappointed. Staff nice and friendly, But hotel was very noisy and the sheets and pillows had very unpleasant odours.
