En general la habitacion está bien , aunque el aire acondicionado hacia ruido, lo resolvi metiendo una calza de papel . Estacionamiento sin problemas , el personal amable , su ubicación facilita el tralado a otras partes de la ciudad .

In comparison to food cost in that area the breakfast buffet is overpriced.

This is a well located hotel with friendly staff. Good for medical visits and holidays to the Merida area. It is close to a very good mall too. It's a traditional hotel with Concierge / Porters who help carry your bags and reserve parking spots for you in the hotel car park. At weekends the hotel's two restaurants are full so sometimes parking is a challenge without their assistance, but at other times is readily available.

Todo muy bien, estacionamiento, hay una plaza a la vuelta, un Oxxo a un lado y una farmacia. Y un hospital enfrente. Excelente ubicación

El hotel está limpio pero lejos de como se muestra en las fotos. La habitación es vieja y oscura

Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida

Está bien ubicada, cerca de los hospitales de especialidades y plaza Altabriza, muybuena la atención del personal.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse y relajarse.
