Spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Close to railway line but soundproofing effective. Fantastic location. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great location, friendly/ helpful staff

The dryer was in the closet. No coffee maker or pressor. Limited kitchen items. Hall way leading up to the apt was worn and a little dirty. staff was nice and helpful. I'd give it a 2 out of 5

Good hotel in a great location. Really close to South Yarra station lots of places to eat close by. Hotel was clean but the bathroom and kitchen were looking a little tired but were still functional and clean.

We loved staying here - the lady who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel very welcome; she was lovely. The hotel is quirky and unique - very comfortable and spacious with everything we could want. It's an older building but was perfectly clean, and its furnishings comfy and quirky. It is within a 2 minute walk to South Yarra train station which was great as well, and there's an abundance of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommend!

Very convenient for my short visit. Public transport very close. Walked to Botanic gardens, Yarra River and Markets Walk to shops and plenty of food options.

This hotel offers a comfortable stay in a really nice neighbourhood of Melbourne. The South Yarra train station is so close. The apartment was nice although it needs a bit of maintenance to fix minor plumbing issues and they need to replenish missing or lost kitchen tools. The staff were very helpful when we asked for assistance and when we reported the issues. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value for money given its location and comforts. 8.5/10

We chose the apartment for its location, selecting the pet-friendly room on Expedia. When we arrived, we were informed it was not possible to book a pet friendly room online (even though the option appears clearly in Expedia). We were given a card and told to book directly in future. The 'solution', in this case, was an additional payment of $269.99. Helpful note for others travelling with pets

Super spacious rooms, trendy and modern, central area with parking. A little noisy with other guests slamming doors but otherwise super private and exactly what I needed

Tv 📺 n bedroom didn’t work at all.

Great location. Fantastic Staff. Proximity to train station makes getting around a breeze. We will be using SoYa as our base for future visits the Melbourne.

It’s good being close to the station! You don’t hear any sounds of disturbance at all. Close by locations to south Yarra! Different varieties of shops to visit!

good location to stay if you have the need. only drawback for elderly people is the walk up stairs and shower over bath.

Nice okace

The apartments have a fun modern design, but it's clear they have just "gone over" the top of the existing old building creating some awkward shaped spaces. It's in a really convenient area, close to lots of shops/dining and the train station.
