It’s okay, nothing special, breakfast is without flavor. It is in the middle nowhere

The unit had a kitchenette, but plates and cutlery needed to be rented, which was odd. Parking, breakfast etc were good, room was fairly clean. The property needs more attention to communal touch point, touch pads, elevator walls etc. not the worst ive stayed in, or the best.

Liberty Suites Hotel in Thornhill Ontario just outside of Toronto is an unusual property — it’s housed in a high-rise office building, and finding the parking had me so frustrated that I was honestly ready to switch hotels altogether. But the moment I walked in, Dizza and Shirie at the front desk completely turned things around. Their warmth, genuine smiles, and exceptional service melted away all that stress instantly. They even upgraded my room without hesitation. I ended up coming back multiple times, and honestly, it was because of them. While not every staff member was equally accommodating, these two set the bar for what great hospitality looks like. If you're staying there, make sure to say hello to Dizza and Shirie, they are the reason this hotel stands out. It's now my go-to place whenever I'm in Thornhill. SK

This hotel is using AI generated photos, what you see is definitely not what you get. The location was hard to find as it doesn’t resemble a hotel from the outside. My uber driver even came into the property lobby to make sure it was the correct place before leaving. The security guard advised that the hotel lobby was located on the 12th floor. I went up to the 12th floor and checked in at the front desk. It did not look anything like the pictures, but the staff were polite. I got my room key and went up to my room. The entire building was old and not well maintained. I opened the door to the hotel room and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. I felt so uncomfortable to the point where I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in and left the building ASAP-even though it was late at night. I checked into a well known chain hotel afterwards. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Especially for the price you pay, I wouldn’t stay here even if someone paid me to.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking lot was a little tricky to find and the train was a bit loud. But good value for the price.

great place to stay, staff great. little hard to find front desk and parking but all went smooth once i found out. you need to go to the 12th floor, check in and get parking pass and then go park with directions

I do not recommend this hotel. Beds were not comfortable, and I could hear all the noise from the hall, rooms beside and rooms above mine all night. I reserved a 2 Queen room for a 2 night stay, but didn't want to stay the second night given the noise and bed discomfort. I brought the concerns to the staff in the morning. They said if I leave they'd charge for the second night regardless as per policy, and didn't offer to make it right like change to another room with different beds or in a less noisy area. I can only base my review off my one night and the interactions I had with the staff.

Clean room, very comfy bed, good breakfast, nice location, large room, our room probably needed a quick refresh of minor spackle repairs and paint but other than that. I’d book there again! Very easy to find, lots of parking. Safe clear

The suite has a kitchen but no dishes

Highly recommend liberty suites, clean rooms staff great, great breakfast included had laundry machines in our rooms , what I didn’t like was no cutlery or dish soap or dish clothes to wipe counters or table

It was a great place to stay while in town for a concert. Easy parking, staff were very friendly. We were able check in early and was told she gave us an upgrade:) It had everything we needed and would be a great spot for longer stays it had a full kitchen, table and chair, as well as a sofa and chair sitting area to watch tv, a bachelor apartment style.

Great location, feel very safe and very clean

The lady at front desk was so great, efficient but also patient!
