Great location and potential, but disappointing service and hygiene standards I come to visit Toronto at least twice a year . This hotel due to its convenient location near my sister’s home had great potential for me to choose to stay once in a while. The hotel certainly has great potential, especially with its spacious balcony and beautiful view. However, the overall experience falls short in key areas. First, the staff lack warmth and hospitality—their attitude does not reflect job satisfaction or a welcoming environment for guests. Cleanliness is another major concern; the hotel simply does not inspire confidence when it comes to hygiene. The kitchen area is particularly unappealing, as dirty dishes and equipment are fully visible. Furthermore, having coffee and drinks emptied and handled in an open, uncovered space is completely off-putting and unhygienic. This property has so much going for it, but it desperately needs better management, proper staff training, and stricter cleanliness protocols. I sincerely hope to see these improvements on our future visits. Last time I couldn’t convince myself to come and stay there although I have booked a room and I switched my hotel to farther location and with spending more money and losing money to avoid bad experience.

Absolutely amazing!

The Liberty Suites was a very suitable place to stay. We were looking for accommodations that had a kitchen as we were staying for nine nights. We were very shocked that there wasn’t one dish or piece of cutlery available. When we asked the registration desk about it, they said Covid changed things. Well Covid hasn’t been around for 5 years so this policy of no access to dishes needs to change. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the hotel is close to many amenities.

We had a great stay, staff was awesome. The location was good for us, and we would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient grandes et propres. Tout était en très bon état. Il n’y avait pas de balcon dans la chambre mais de grandes fenêtres donnaient sur une belle vue depuis le 21e étage. Le personnel était courtois et le déjeuner était très bien! Une terrasse était accessible sur le toit pour le déjeuner.

The breakfast is really bad.. its free but bad.. You see the person putting out the clean forks and spoons with the same unwashed hands they touch the dirty dishes.. theres a slop bucket folks are asked to put dirty dishes in... the potatoes at brkfast are cooked to the point of being rubberized.. parking is really bad.. you have to park on level p2 and go up the the 12th floor to the lobby... the surrounding area of the hotel is really sketch...

Situé a 20km du centre ville, il faut compter 1 heure en transport en commun, bus et train, pour s y rendre, arrêt juste a côté de l hotel. Literie du lit confortable toutefois il n' en est pas de même pour celle du canapé, matelas trop fin et on sent tout les ressorts. Climatisation efficace et discrète niveau bruit. Petit déjeuner très simple et de mauvaise qualité.

This was a mixed experience. We visited the hotel first to ask to see one of the suites. The young woman at the front desk said we could not visit any suites because it was 3:30 p.m., every suite was already occupied by a guest, and all those guests had already checked in. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager was unwilling to get up from behind the desk and come out and speak with us. In fact, there were five suites showing as available on Expedia and we booked one of them, so that was a complete fabrication. I'm not used to hotel staff deliberately lying to guests. We only needed one bed, but all the suites available had two queen beds, but there was no actual sitting area. No sofa, no easy chairs. Awkward. One of the main reasons we booked a suite rather than a hotel room somewhere else was because there was a kitchen. However, there is absolutely nothing provided in the kitchen but a coffee maker. No plates, no glasses, no pots and pans, no kitchen towels, no paper towels no silverware. You effectively can't use this kitchen unless you bring all of your kitchen stuff with you or go buy it somewhere, which is not practical for a stay of one week or less. I would likely not choose to stay here again, particularly because of the unfriendly atmosphere of the hotel desk staff and the unwillingness of the on-site manager to communicate.
