Hotel bem localizado em palermo, ao lado do restaurante don julio que possui estrelas michelin. Internet boa e um café da manha muito bom

L’hôtel Pleno Palermo Soho a pleinement répondu à mes attentes. L’hôtel dispose de très bonnes infrastructures, la chambre est propre et spacieuse et le personnel est très sympathique. Une mention spéciale pour le staff du petit déjeuner toujours très à l’écoute et attentionné.

Quarto ótimo, localização invrivel

This is how was very good for the price. Pretty centrally located in the Palermo District. Good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately it rained when we get there in the area does get flooded. It’s on the same block as the most famous steakhouse in Buenos Aires. Staff was friendly, spoke in good English and accommodating.

Buen Hotel, aunque muy poco flexibles, tuve que pagar una noche completa extra para extender quedarme hasta las 8 de la noche, por temas de mi vuelo.

Hotel muy céntrico, todo muy bien en general, desayuno aceptable.

Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance. And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available.

Great place, great location. One service issue: elevator broke down and we were trapped for 20 minutes.

Very large crowds outside front door very noisy I felt very unsafe

Espetacular… Desde o atendimento no check in, o conforto do quarto, a atenção dos funcionários, o delicioso café da manhã, a localização… tudo impecável!

Excelente recomendable

The bed was confortable, the shower was great, and the room was clean. Breakfast is included, while the seating area was small, it provides good options and the staff was great. Considering the price and location it was great stay.
