The Staff is amazing! Clean stay and nice pool.

They need to vacuum under the bed as there were candy wrappers on the floor under the bed near the edge so easily seen

There were some issues with our keys not unlocking our door requiring us to return to the front desk a few times (ultimately switching rooms). The front desk employees should be mindful and not say the room number out loud. Especially if it’s a woman checking in.

Room was clean, staff were nice. But there was a line for check-in as there was only one front desk attendant.

Fire alarm went all night

The receptionist provided excellent customer service, and the room was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again because everything was simply very comfortable!

Smoke detector went off all night. Upon trying to call 3 times no one answered. I finally went downstairs and wasn't offered a new room or nothing. Go to shower and there's 2 towels when I asked if that was standard she said there are suppose to be 4. It wasn't just me in the room. Staff was not understanding or helpful until I got the girl when I was leaving and she was absolutely amazing. I was better off trying to sleep in the chair in my daughter's hospital room.

Beds are a bit too firm for me. Bedding was nice, pillows good with choice of firm and soft. Staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms clean.
