Loved the service and the relaxing and beautiful resort with history!

We have visited Saybrook Point Resort several times and it is consistent in providing an excellent customer experience.

The perfect, most relaxing getaway from NYC!

The place was clean and a very friendly staff and beautiful marina

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool is shared with members of the community; the early am was full of local seniors and the day was full of kids (a bunch of which came in on a boat for the afternoon)

One of the best location on the planet

Very nice large room with great views. However the white bathroom floor grout had visible stains (some dark brown) over the entire bathroom floor. Grout needs to be steam cleaned and re-sealed. Nozzles of tub jets were visibly dirty. Room 339

Always coming back for a weekend getaway! Love the amenities and cleanliness of the resort. The staff is so friendly!

Great all around costumer Service.

Room was good size. Great bathroom and amazing shower. Indoor heated pool with nice steam and sauna. And the restaurant was amazing. Best meatballs ever and I “try” to make good meatballs.

Our room was ready early so we could check in, leave our bags in our room and get to the Essex Dinner Train on time. Very clean and spacious room and we love the food at Fresh Salt Restaurant. Friendly staff, we highly recommend!!

Room was super clean, beautiful & spacious. Bed and pillows very comfy. Indoor pool was heated! Everything was great!

Lovely hotel- beautiful decor and great setting right at the boat harbor. Indoor and outdoor pools made it a good choice since our weather was not great. Restaurant and spa on site made it very easy to just relax.

It was a 25th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place. We had a Corner Room overlooking the marina and it was just magical.

The property was beautiful and maintained excellently! Great access to multiple pools (indoor and outdoor) The staff was friendly and kind. However, the bed in our room was definitely too 'saggy', not what is to be expected from a 4-5 star hotel. They should invest in new high-qulaity mattresses.

A few to many private events which limited the outdoor seating availability. We go for the relaxation, quiet and opportunity to sit in the sun by the Ocean.😎
