Says buffet breakfast it isn't it is underwhelming breakfast bap.

Very useful having ev charging pods. Room lacked ANY USB charging points. 13a sockets only by desk Shower was brilliant The breakfast provision was not to the standard we had previously enjoyed. Excellent, convenient location near to M4/M5 junction. Very quiet. We didn't actually see any staff in the lodge which is normal.

Parking was very easy and good. Accommodation was spotless and very practical. Food in the Aztec hotel was lovely and relaxing and the breakfast choice in the morning was superb. Couldn't find anything I could complain about. Thank you.

We left early so didn't have breakfast. Room was good and clean. Parking was easy. However the board displaying charges showed £3 for guest overnight parking, apparently this was increased last year to £5. Not a big deal but the sign should be updated.

Excellent in all ways

The only observation is that in room 18 there were no usb charging points. There were a number of 13A sockets however these were all on the same wall as the desk and none near the head of the bed. I think this an odd missing feature. Room was clean and shower excellent. Breakfast offering in Black Pig was very pleasant as were the staff.

The lodge was next to a small pub and opposite a spa and hotel in a quiet industrial park. Delighted with everything. Thank you

Very good for the price

The Black Sheep is not open in the evenings for check-in and meals any more, and it was difficult to book online for a group larger than 4 in the Aztec restaurant. The bathroom as looking a little shabby, and the blind in the bedroom window was broken. It's convenient for us to stay and we've used this hotel twice a year for the past 4 years. It has some good offers on room rates, but standards are slipping.

Great location and s good price. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would certainly recommend and use again.

The room was clean and tidy and stocked with tea, coffee and milk. Staff were polite and helpful.

Easy check in, lovely modern room, great facilities, with breakfast included, fantastic value for money. Would happily have stayed longer.

The beds recently fitted are way too big for the room size - no need to do it! And uncomfortable. It’s also now impossible to get your invoice by email, despite asking on check-in. Limited options for eating with the‘Black Sheep’ not covering evenings. Used to be good but can’t understand the recent strategy.

This was a really nice hotel. Clean and spacious too. The restaurant and bar area across the driveway are really nice. Great reception staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the amenities were well maintained. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. This was our second visit — the first time we stayed in the hotel and spa accommodations, and this time in the Lodge — both experiences were excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay friendly staff everything we needed was there - we were upgraded to the sister hotel. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality lots of choice. Nice swim in the spa pool. Comfortable room ❤️ white company toiletries!
