Beautiful rooms, great facilities and excellent service. We loved our stay

Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. Rooms very beautiful and clean! A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude. Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response. Hopefully reception get some more friendly staff as I had this issue last time I stayed and it was sad to see it hasn’t changed!

Excellent Brilliant service

チェックアウト後、ホテル側の決済処理に問題が発生し、 3部屋分の宿泊料金が現在も未払いのままになっています。 正しいクレジットカード情報を提供しているにもかかわらず、 ホテル側からの案内不足や対応の遅れが続いており、 こちらでは解決できない状況が続いています。 滞在自体の問題ではなく、決済対応の不備により 現在も大きな負担が生じています。

Property was beautiful and were were very pleased with our cabin. It was an excellent stay with the exception that 2 hours after I used a credit card for the room deposit (had prepaid for hotel with a different card) it received 2 different fraudulent charges for $300 each at Crate & Barrel. This is a possible coincidence but this card is never used and hadn't been used for probably a year prior to this deposit.

The facilities were great, surrounding area is easy to access like the beach and the views. The room was neat and tidy and the restaurant with breakfast was great.

Very relaxing and property well spread-out with wildlife.

Out of this world. Beautiful in every way.

Enjoyed the RACv inverloch for a quick one night stay with the kids. However check in took forever, and staff tried to charge $120 for breakfast for 1 adult/2 kids (should have been $75) and the older lady at reception was quite rude when I pointed out the discrepancy. But otherwise really recommend this venue for. Quick getaway and plenty for the kids to do. Will stay longer next time.

We loved our stay and will return. Suggestion for people arriving late I think the cabins could have illuminated cabin numbers visible with clear directions for which way to walk.

The accomodation and facilities blend in perfectly with the surrounding Country. A beautiful place to stay. The staff were professional, polite and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but for longer next time.

My 6yr old grandson had plenty of things to do Games room u didnt pay for use of machines We went to big 4 park in inverloch for 2 nights but he preferred racv inverloch

Enjoyable stay

We had an amazing stay. Rooms very clean, quiet, modern, comfortable and had everything needed. Bed was very hard unfortunately. The person that checked us in asked if we had stayed before. When we said no, he didn’t offer any further information other than where our room was located. Would have liked more information about the resort and the area. We found the pool area and towels are supplied Pool area was great. We would like to stay again. The area is beautiful and the view from our room stunning.
