The multiple TVs with the white spot issue was anoying

This is our hotel of choice when visiting our children at MO State.

Staff here has been very friendly during both our visits. The suites are well equipped for longer stays, which is convenient for those with family members at Mercy Hospital across the street. Highly recommended.

I visited my daughter at college and stayed two nights. Everything was clean and spacious. I did not use the stove or other amenities within the room. I did take advantage of the refrigerator, which kept our drinks cold.

Great stay!!!

1) No hot water at shower the morning after our first night. 2) Broken electrical outlet on bed side lamp zapped my wife when she plugged in a phone cord. 3) Website states there is a restaurant. Advised at checkin there was none. 4) Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. 5) Living room TV had 6 white glowing spots. (Bedroom TV worked well.) Place was clean, bar was great, staff was great, just too many mechanical issues.

Very nice hotel, very clean no complaints on that end. I have stayed in many downtown hotels, and this has to be the noisiest. But that being said, this is definitely my go-to hotel in Springfield.

They were super helpful, nice, and cooperative.

Everything was great until 11 pm when fire alarm went off. But otherwise great place to stay.

I have had the pleasure of staying there 3 times since last summer. This time was just an overnight stay for a medical procedure so was a quick stay but they were able to let us check in early which was an unexpected and really helped out. Rooms are always so clean, beds so comfortable, staff so nice !! I will not stay anywhere else ! I recommend them highly to all my friends and anyone wanting to stay overnight or several nights !!

No breakfast one day no internet it was out bar was closed even though it was New Year’s Eve.

Staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and right across the street from the hospital.

The suite was very nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was great, but it would have been nice to have trays at breakfast to carry food back up it the room. There were also no trash bags in the room. Otherwise, great stay!

The listing said the rooms was sound proof they was not someone let their kids run wild up till about 3 am. Check out is at 12 from 10 to 1130 room service kept trying to enter every 30 minutes . Other then that great stay
