This is my first choice when I'm working in cornwall, its perfect. From the location, the friendly staff, great food, a relaxed atmosphere, great accommodation with everything you need, electric charging is a bonus. As I said before perfect. Would highly recommend.

There are two Plume of Feathers in Cornwall. If you search for the one in Portscatho on Google this one is likely to show up and I made the mistake in booking it. When I contacted them once I had realised my error they said it was not up to them to refund but Expedia - who I contacted. They were helpful and sympathetic - but they said it was actually at the discretion of the host who they contacted on my behalf but they declined my request. I again contacted the PoF to ask them to reconsider and appreciate the mistake but they ghosted me.

Fourth time I have stayed and will be back. Staff are amazing rooms are beautiful and the food in the restaurant is top tier.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, good quality towels/bedding etc. Setting was nice, accessible from A30 but still secluded and quiet. The pub itself was nice. We only had breakfast but it was good and service was great. Only issues would be no air con and no fridge in room.

Trevligt rum och mycket trevlig personal. Maten var verkligen bra. Läget är perfekt om man vill utforska nordvästra Cornwall. Hunden var mycket välkommen

Really good solution of the bathroom. All very fresh. We got a bit of the heat wave so the room was a bit varmer than desired but we had great wheater.

The room was spacious and well provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good offering a large choice of options. Dinner menu was also excellent and the food was fresh and well prepared.

What a lovely property, everything was perfect, clean room, everything in good working order. Spacious room for 3, large bed, tea and coffee and hot chocolate. Great menu, lovely evening meal and breakfast. Plenty of free parking, easy access to Truro annd Newquay. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn’t get to use the bar as got here late after another hotel had to close due to an unexplained emergency, but it did look lovely and food smelled amazing. The staff were absolutely amazing, so lovely and friendly, and the room was incredible with a dog bed, treats and blankets for our boy. Although there’s not a lot around the area, we would definitely stay again.
