Staff are incredible! I've stayed here for work on multiple occasions and staff have gone out of their way to make it a fantastic stay.

Clean room, access to kettle microwave toaster and fridge, would be better if there was water in the fridge rather than having to fill the kettle in the bathroom. Tidy bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shaving cream all provided.

It was what I needed - a basic room for the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but that was totally ok for what I wanted. Found at least 2 powerpoints that didn't work - no biggie but letting you know. Oh and room 26 is right beside the delivery door for the restaurant next door, so a 5am delivery truck reversing literally meters from your bed is loud! There are way better options for reverse alarms now, stop using the old fashioned beep beep ones and use BBS for everyone's sake pease delivery people!

Great location Quiet room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean tidy and had products needed, toaster, iron, towels, kettle, shower and skin supplies, tea, coffee, sugar, air con, fan. Very close to everything.

Top stay

We recently stayed at this property to visit our son. Whilst it is extremely convenient to many things - main street, supermarket next door, swimming pool across the road - the dreadful slope in the floors was enough to make you think that you were on a ship. The bathroom was newly renovated, but the tiling told the story of how bad the floors were sinking. The slope was bad enough that my husband felt that he might fall out of bed. I understand that the property is old, but no cosmetic changes can fix the foundations. Also, three chairs for two people, plus the two chairs outside the room is a tad excessive. It had a fridge, microwave and kettle, and the pump action containers in the bathroom were a nice touch but we only had two towels and a bathmat. I had to ask reception for a face washer and then when they serviced the room, that was taken but not replaced. At least the extra chair came in handy when we needed to hang up one of our towels as two can't dry in the bathroom. We stayed in room 22. Be warned!

Close to shopping centre, and within walking distance to restaurants, pubs and entertainment.

The location was excellent, walking distance to most of Romes key attractions like coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Great restaurants nearby and very close to main train station. Small room but clean and safe.

Parking was difficult. Designated parking would be appreciated.

The showers are amazing!
