Elevator wasn't working, had to stay on 2nd floor, my 75 year old aunt had to go up and down stairs the first day and the next morning. The bathroom was dirty, shower wall stained, shower curtain dirty, found long strands of black hair in rolled up shower mat. They moved us to a first floor room for the second night. While the bathroom was cleaner, there was only one roll of tissue with about an eighth of paper on the roll. This is after having attended my father's funeral that day. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping about six times with no answer. The next morning I tried calling again,finally went to the desk and no clerk available a maintenance man gave me some rolls. My third request to him for a manager and each time the manager is not on site. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. I have requested some sort of refund from Hotels.com, am awaiting there response, as they are to get with the hotel.

Sofa bed didn’t work. Mold on the sofa bed mattress also. Mold on the ice bin’s lid. Room smelled of mold - especially the bathroom. Called and left mesaage for the manager. He never returned our call. Spoke to front desk who said they were working on it. Told him the room was a health hazard. Huge stains on couch cushion and on wall. Had to step over cords and other equipment to get to lobby door due to some work being performed outside.

Showers need some maintenance

I travel all over new mexico for work and honestly this is one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed at.

The motel is under construction; the elevators were not working. Just looked very dirty. My husband is in a wheelchair and our room was on the second floor. I walked out and try to cancel the reservation, but of course no refund was given. I will never use this website to book anything.

The rooms were clean and good size. The workers were all very kind and welcoming!

Dirty rooms, beds had hair and crumbs. Elevator did not work. Had to leave and get a room down the road.

Doors were so thin you could hear people eating breakfast, the elevator was down the entire time, the AC was so loud it would wake you up when it came on. The only good thing is the people were super nice.

Check in slow. Attendant kept yawning. When we were told elevator broke would not offer 1st or 2nd floor. Bathroom shower faucet not secured to wall. Large holes in shower where caulking was missing

The elevator wasn’t working and it had been down a week! They didn’t bother to tell us till we got there!

Staff was amazing however the rooms are dated and in disrepair, and over priced. The carpet is ripped and frayed throughout the building and the elevator doesn’t work. The room smelled of carpet deodorizer and there were bugs in the bathroom every single time I went in there, the flooring in the entry way was loose and moves as you walk on it. Honestly had I had other options I would have left and gone somewhere else. However I have to admit the staff was kind and friendly.

The curtains were broken. The hot tub was broken. The elevator was broken.

What a refreshing stop after a weekend in a camper the room felt absolutely spacious!!!

The couch in our room was blue and had a big white stain on a cushion. There were other dirty areas in the room. The tv remote did not work along with the elevator. We were told the elevator would be working the next day, however it was not.

We had a good stay, and the bed was very comfortable. But in arrival our toilet needed to be plunged (it was, and then worked fine) but I’d have thought housekeeping would have noticed an issue. And the elevator was not working!! Having just had knee surgery this would have been a major problem, but we got the last king room on the first floor. The property is looking a bit worn, but despite that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I do wish room fridges had a small freezer so we could reference water bottles for the f sad mall cooler.

Great place to stay with very friendly Staff & Management!! Recommend!

The accommodation was nice room was nice. The elevator did not work. Even though someone at the front desk told me that the elevator works to sign on, it said it was out of order.

Toilet did not flush properly. No light bulb in the floor lamp. Elevator broken. Carried bags down stairs ( stairwell hasn’t been vacuumed recently) and informed staff that the el was not working. No apology or commiserations. No appreciation for being informed. Returned to my room (up the stairs) and then descended via the 2nd stairwell - also unclean. This is FAR from the normal state of things at Comfort Suites. Disappointing!
