We had traveled 2 days, night one staying in a different chain hotel, night 2 we stayed at Thunderbay Holiday Inn Express and we felt so comfortable. We had a 2 bed queen suite which was so roomy and clean and gave us space after being cramped in a vehicle for so long. Breakfast was great and the 24/7 tea, coffee and hot chocolate was such a nice touch. Would recommend staying here 100%, so much so that we have a room booked for our way back through. Amazing experience

The staff were very helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and I did enjoy the hot tub.

I usually prefer Hampton hotels. The breakfast is decent, the beds are comfortable and they are well maintained. This location was no different. We stayed here while passing through on a long road trip. The hotel was shockingly overpriced on the way back for some reason so we stayed elsewhere. It is a short drive to the waterfront area which was a great place to go for a walk with our dog after so many hours in the car

As usual, excellent stay but getting usually expensive as compared to the market.

Stayed here for a quick stay one night and must say the staff at the front desk and kitchen/food service staff were amazing! They all were so incredibly helpful! I definitely wish I could have stayed longer but will stay here again in future!

The room was great, the pool was clean and the hot continental breakfast was a great addition.

The staff we encountered were friendly. The room was okay. The furnishings have seen better days. Things are very worn. There was several strands of hair on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. The curtains in the room were also full of small holes. The pool area; the hot tub was extremely frothy, which is usually indicative of high organics. And we saw blood worms in the pool. Another sign that the balance is off/water is dirty. There were kids/people running in the halls after 10:00 p.m. Breakfast was alright. Typical of hotel breakfast buffets. I would not stay here again. Especially for the price (over $300 with tax).

This was a nice property with a yummy breakfast! We stayed with our two dogs and our son. The pool area was decent.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful!

Breakfast, the milk was dated June 4 and it was on June 4. I was looking for a best before date that was newer, and the breakfast staff brought me 1 milk out from the kitchen. Breakfast today, Sat June 6, milk was dated old and sour. Yewwwww
