Located by the Metro Insurgentes Station, Ubers to downtown or Lucha Libre were very affordable. Breakfast was delicious (from Chilaquiles to French Toast). The room was comfortable, we got extra toiletries, and the staff was friendly. Our room on the 4th floor was quiet. The A/C was great. The rooftop and some areas are under construction. Jacuzzi is out of service. But still great views from the rooftop. Definitely a hotel we can return to.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were excellent always there to help. Restaurant breakfast was delicious and stuff was excellent. Air condition was working great.

La ubicación es MUY buena, gracias a que esta a 3min caminando del transporte publico y cerca de muchos lugares turísticos. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas. El único problema es que el internet es muy malo, falla mucho y se necesita salirse de la red a cada rato.

La televisión del cuarto no podía acceder a internet y no había televisión por cable. También en mi piso había ruido por obras pero entiendo que eso no será siempre.

EL HOTEL PRECIO - CALIDAD ES BUENA, MUY BIEN UBICADO LOS CUARTOS LIMPIOS Y EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION MUY AMABLES, SIN EMBARGO TUVIMOS DOS MALAS EXPERIENCIAS CON EL RESTAURANTE, CUESTION DE HIGIENE Y MANEJO DE LOS ALIMENTOS DESDE ENCONTRAR UN CABELLO EN LA FRUTA HASTA OBSERVAR COMO COLOCABAN LA FRUTA SOBRANTE DE UN PLATO DE UN CLIENTE A OTRO QUE IBAN A SERVIR, TAMBIEN SE LLEVARON UNOS PAPELES DE MI HABITACION CON COPIAS DE IDENTIFICACIONES OFICIALES EN ESTE CASO LA UNICA PERSONA QUE ENTRO FUE LA PERSONA DE LIMPIEZA, LA GERENCIA SE PORTO MUY AMABLE PERO AL NO TENER CAMARAS EN EL ELEVADOR Y LAS OTRAS ESTAN COLOCADAS DONDE NO SE PUEDEN VER TODOS LOS LADOS , NO COMPROBARON QUE YO INGRESE AL HOTEL CON LOS PAPELES , TOTALMENTE DESEPCIONADA DE MI EXPERIENCIA YA QUE FUE SU PALABRA CONTRA LA MIA. NO VUELVO!!

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff but the Breakfast was not that good.

Bra rum, men ganska ljudligt om man har rum mot gatan. Förvirrad receptionspersonal som först påstod att vi hade ett rum fast vi lämna fram pass för två. Det löste sig. Städning lämnar dock mycket att önska. Frukost ok men även där förvirrat fick fråga fyra gånger efter vårt juice o tre efter teet.

El internet solo sirvió en la habitación el primer día, después no había wifi en la habitación. La habitación tenía un olor extraño, soportable pero incómodo. Tuve que extender un día más y fue muy fácil y mucha amabilidad por parte de todo el personal. Muy buen desayuno y servicio. El gym estaba en remodelación

Cleaning crew went in to my room one morning even though I left the do not disturb door sign. They took my personal towel by accident. They provide super tiny shampoo, body wash and lotion. One star review due to hotel is close to insurgentes metro stop.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado pero las habitaciones estaban deterioradas. La manilla de la puerta del bano estaba rota, el cubrecama estaba roto, el aire acondionado no funcionaba bien el primer dia, no habian utencilios de cocina.

Habitaciones limpias minimalistas con muy buena locación en reforma Ángel tiene todos los comercios cercas y restaurantes facilidades alrededores. Excelente su desayuno completo si se pide desde antes el sabor es muy bueno. Atencion buena en su personal de recepción muy atentos
