The rooms are quirky but very comfortable and spotless. The food is outstanding- ingredients from the property’s farm and orchard, exquisite presentation and service. We enjoyed the tours of the winemaking facility and of the farm. Outstanding experience!

ViK Chile is a unique boutique hotel in Chile that takes their wine making very seriously. Her in ViK Chile, we were exposed to the organic way of making fine Carmenere.

O quarto era ótimo, excelente vista. Porém com o padrão do hotel, esperaria uma atenção e conforto maior. 1 Pessoa apenas atendendo na piscina e tinhamos que levantar, bicicletas do hotel quebradas sem funcionar, quando decidimos levar nosso chapagne ao quarto, nos mesmo que levamos. Nao havia nenhum dia nenhuma lembrança no quarto - nem que fosse um chocolate. Essas pequenas atenções fazem diferença, principalmente no nivel que o hotel se dispoe a ser.

Room was unique and had the most beautiful view of any hotel I’ve ever been in. And it was clean and comfortable too. Amenities were amazing. Gym had a peloton, spa had a lot of options, and pool was beautiful and clean. Every aspect of the hotel was carefully chosen and artistic. The activities were great like the chocolate and wine pairing, garden tour, and tour of the vineyard. The staff was great and went above and beyond!!! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic!! Legitimately the coolest hotel I’ve ever been to and more than worth the price.

O Restaurante e vinhos são divinos ! O quarto e a cama são bons com linda vista . O banheiro fica um pouco a desejar . O staff do restaurante é muito bom . Sempre solícitos e muito gentis . Já a recepção é precária e parece não treinada para este tipo de hotelaria . A vinícola é maravilhosa .Os vinhos incríveis. A piscina não é aquecida porém estamos na primavera. e isso não comprometeu a experiência .Tentamos um late checkout mas não foi concedido apesar da baixa taxa de ocupação numa quarta-feira . A internet é horrível ! Isso compromete a experiência num mundo conectadado .

Beautiful winery 2.5 hours from Santiago. We stayed in incredible bungalow with a view of a lake and mountain. 5 star stay!

If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile

Excelente, o concierge foi muito inexperiente e não passou informações corretas e precisas. A vinícola e as escolhas dos vinhos deixaram a desejar.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento restaurantes ótimos, mas atendimento concierge e bar deixam a desejar, assim como manutencao estrutura e sustentabilidade que e pouco (carrosmcombustao para hospedes, garrafas plástico, e tc)

Uma experiencia muito boa, excelente gastronomia, atendimento do restaurante impecavel, atendimento no check in excelente, so o chuveiro que demora muito para a agua esquentar num local tão frio
