Couldn’t fault them (just needs a hand towel rail in the bathroom, more pillows, and firmer pillows).

Property very outdated, in need of repairs. Timber work around windows and doors have wood rot, and possibly termites. Sign on dining room gives opening times. On enquiry was told dining facilities have not been available since 2002. Room cleanliness ok excepts for dust and cob webs on all skirting boards. Could only access 1 channel on TV. Requested assistance, from staff, 1 person who had trouble understanding problem due to not understanding of English. Contact was made with Manager via phone (had the same problem. Eventually solved in time for bed.

Bed good. Room fittings old and worn out. Telephone did not work, so could not call reception. Generally scruffy.

Lots of things not good at thiz accommodation. Floor was clean and linen on bed was clean. Other than than there are not many positives

Many things were not up to standard. No cultlery, toaster did not work, no plates, only one small soap for 2 days, toilet leaked window filthy There is a lot of work to be done to bring the premises to an attractive standard.

Good location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre, & on site parking.

The hotel room itself was quite comfortable. However, the rest of the hotel made us quite uneasy - with many other loud guests fighting and at least one police visit in our two day stay.

Good value for money

Obviously undergoing some Renos general building very run down. Room was surprisingly ok and clean except shower was a bit grotty.

The room is super clean, but Wifi and TV signals were weak to drop down all the time. Also the traffic noise and other noise were disturbing.

Old motel but nice and clean, with all you need for the price

I would’ve liked to have instructions on how to work Foxtel and the TV.

Nice hotel

Could not use use the shower, as I couldn't turn taps on. And they dripped hot water constantly. Could not use TV as there was not the 2 remotes needed. Microwave had not been cleaned there was bits of food from previous user.

Only complaint was the bed was too hard.

Owner very amicable despite my poor booking skills.
