Great experience, family friendly, friendly staff

It is very decent property.

Food was not great. No vegan options - not even on request. Heated pool was too small and indoor so bit chokey. outside pools are good. becomes bit noisey if a party is going on in club. It is a mixed development which residential properties surrounding so not a pure-bred 5star.

This is not a typical hotel but a hotel in the midst of a community residential area. Rooms are very good .Restaurant / bar and Gym are far better than the 4 star hotels in the area. I will stay there again n can recommend.

Overall this is great place to stay. It’s somewhat of an oasis of quiet and calm compared to the busy hectic city. The neighborhood is much more similar to an upper class US neighborhood - quite the contrast from the hustle bustle and noise of most of the city. Very family friendly and has resort like amenities - beautiful pool with multiple sections for kids, relaxation, and lap swimming. Has tennis and basketball courts, Bar/lounge, dining, etc. Staff were very nice although wasn’t the best English. Didn’t have any problems getting what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The place is all good and the rooms are super comfy! Prices at the restaurant is a bit exaggerated i mean 100 rs for a roti is a bit too much I believe! The front desk couldn’t revise the payment for water bottle!

Had planned a weekend trip with family. Stay was excellent.....and location is awesome. Great time at the pool and enjoyed Indoor games.

The bedrooms need updating and a good deep clean. The facilities are good, the bar, restaurant, snooker tables etc.. I've stayed here a couple of times as it is only a short walk to the office, but i will possibly look for a new option.

The hotel is very impressive. The reception area and facilities are great. The food at the restaurants is just short of perfection. The only thing that prevents this from being outstanding is the condition of the rooms. They have everything you could every want with proper AC and a great bed, but the decor is looking out of date now and could really do with a refresh. The rooms are quite dark and need freshening up.

The stay was excellent in this hotel. The entire locality is very beautiful. Additionally, I liked the honesty of the staff in this hotel as I had left a watch during dinner and they were honest enough to retun it.

The hotel is great, was my first trip to India and was booked in this hotel. It was perfect, large room, comfortable bed, ceiling fan, bottled water restocked complimentary daily - they really take good care of the guests. I was there for business so did not use the pool but it is quite impressive. The staff is great, they remember who you are, and your preferences. They are more than attentive and willing to help in any way possible. They have a car service that shuttled me to the IT Park on a daily basis, worked well, always available, drivers were always fun to talk with. I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Bangalore - business, pleasure, both - kids or not, it's a great property.

I was booked into this hotel by our business travel desk, so I had no idea what to expect. I will be a repeat customer from now on. Palm Meadows Club is set up like a resort hotel in the middle of a luxury housing estate in Bangalore. It looks and feels like you are in California, and is perfectly safe – there are multiple security checkpoints as you enter the gated community and make it to the hotel entrance. The rooms stand amid the lavishly landscaped gardens and are very well appointed. Hotel guests and residents can mingle at the pool, tennis courts, and other generous facilities. The restaurant serves great food all day round, and there are convenient laundry services. In short, you can stay in your Palm Meadows bubble and don’t have to leave your room if you didn’t want to. The service is excellent. There is a complimentary fruit basket, snacks and bottles of water that is refreshed each day. The front desk staff is literally on their feet every time you pass by. They greet you by your name, and remember your room number and preferences (office transfer times, for example). Only one downside. Since the hotel is quite far away from any main road – perhaps about a mile – you can’t really walk to anywhere, and are forced to used the hotel’s car service. I was there on a business trip but I could have easily brought my spouse and leave her at the hotel while I go about doing business, knowing she would have plenty of amenities to enjoy. Highly recommended.
