The moment you step in, you feel you are in a five star property. The decor, the surrounding were top notch. The Concierge was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations for our hiking activities.

Stedet er skønt ligger godt god spa. Alt for mange uopdragne børn på hotellet. Især ved morgenmaden, synes godt man må bede forældre om at have styr på børnene.

The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond and was very pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic. Kids area and activities were enjoyed by our 7 year old. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would! Thanks for another amazing experience!

Everything about the Aries was fantastic. From the time we checked in, and checked out. Very personal and professional check in not like any other. The exemplary service was prompt every time and with a greating a smile. Most everything is in close proximity to the Aries. There is so much to say about this amazing place. We will return for sure. Thank you‼️

My second stay at ARIES Hotel & SPA Zakopane – and by far the best! The hotel is elegant and cosy, with a wonderful atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish – warm, professional, and attentive. Halka Restaurant impressed again with outstanding food. Can’t wait to be back!

Exceptional property! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to the Zakopane area.

employees are very curious and have no respect for privacy, be warned they like to open showers and look at you when you're in the spa.

Excellent hotel conveniently located, very close to the beautiful Krupowki street. Excellent staff (reception and dining/breakfast area ), very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I could not recommend this place enough. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance to Krupówki (street with various stores and restaurants). The hotel overall was very clean, very new. We only stayed for one night and regret not staying longer. Staff was wonderful, food at Halva restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. We cannot wait to come back next time.

Amazing hotel! The staff were all lovely and the spa was excellent. The walls are a bit thin and there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridors.
