Would start here again

Great location for visiting colleges in the area and loved the breakfast!

The room and bathroom were clean, and very comfortable. My stay was pleasant, and the breakfast had lots of variety and was sufficient for my needs. I will definitely book the Fairfield again.

No AC and room was 83deg. ZERO help from staff

Excellent service and nice clean rooms! About a 15 minute walk from downtown

Was clean and the staff was really friendly. It is very close to downtown Northampton, but the immediately surrounding is not very interesting.

Unexpectedly great

I loved that this was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Northampton. Having ample parking was also great. We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the healthy options for breakfast and the coffee was good.

This hotel is of a high standard, comfortable clean rooms, friendly efficient staff, so along with a good breakfast what more do you need. We will definitely stay in the Fairfield Inn, Northampton again. Peter and Kathryn over from the UK.

My friend and I had a medical problem while we were there and it was easy to extend our check out and book another night in case we needed it. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Everything you want from a hotel, even a great continental breakfast with lots of options including a waffle maker. Great quality Greek yogurt and lots of toppings for the oatmeal. The coffee island was stocked with good hot coffee that had many cream and sweetener options. Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and our king room has 2 TV's that allowed connecting streaming services like Netflix.

I liked the location because it was close to everything I needed to do in Northampton.

When the reservation was booked we specified top floor not by ice or vending we got first floor by ice and housekeeping and an exit door to outside. It wasn’t bad just not what we asked for

Perfect place for an overnight business stay. Staff was wonderful, the room was nice, clean and quiet.
