Avoid this place if you expect to be treated like a paying customer. I was a guest playing in the casino at the Sortis Hotel, having a completely normal conversation with a few other patrons. No incident, no disturbance. Then a security guard decided to throw them out. When I calmly asked him what the problem was and whether we could just talk about it, he flat out refused to answer me. No explanation, no professionalism, nothing but attitude. The only reason I could see for the whole scene was his own personal interest in one of the women he removed. Then it got worse. As I kept playing, this same guard pulled out his phone and started recording me without my consent, inside a casino, inside a hotel I am paying to be in. Filming a paying guest like a criminal, for no reason whatsoever, is a gross violation of privacy and basic decency. If this is how Sortis lets its staff treat customers, humiliating them, stonewalling basic questions, and recording them without permission, then management has a serious problem with who they hire and what they tolerate. I won't be back, and I'd tell anyone reading this to take their money somewhere that actually respects its guests

The AC was terrible. Very humid and damp in the room. Extremely disappointed because I’ve been there before and it was good. A power outage that lasted over a hour had everyone using the stairs that were very dirty and darkly lit. Probably won’t be staying again unless they do something about the air conditioning.

The air conditioning was not up to par. It was hot and humid in the room. There was soap in the coffee cups. The TV had no channels or internet connection. Very disappointed for the price

El hotel espectacular, el desayuno es tipo buffet y es bastante completo. Las habitaciones súper cómoda y espaciosa, al igual que el área del baño. Sin duda alguna, volvería a alojarme nuevamente en este hotel.

Al momento del check in no encontraron mi reserva y me cargaron una noche a mi tarjeta. El chico de recepción no fue amable y al día siguiente, en otro turno, hablé con otro que tampoco lo fue. Dos interacciones con personal poco amable.

Great place

The breakfeast was great, variety of fruit,cheese,muffins,,various brrakfeast items.Fresh squeezed juices, ,staff was friendly,always greeted with smile and greeting,Very helpful ,wonderful staff upfront in checking accomodating in given directions for area and helping in directions on uber.

Great location with lots to do and very clean

This is my second time at this property and it wasnt as nice as it was the first time. The housekeeping staff barely cleaned the rooms, the bathrooms was very dingy and the grout needs some serious clearning I really didnt even want to bathe. The property itself appears clean but the staff needs to take better care when cleaning. Breakfast was ok, I think they need to think of better options and they were limitations for true pescatarian and vegan. I love that this hotel is very close to other restuarants and nightlife and the staff was very friendly down to the military. Its a great place but more care needs to be taken.
