Left my daughters black dress in the closet. Look the next day and its gone. No where to be found. Housekeeping stole it for sure. Unbelievable.

The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face! Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were okay. Beds and pillows comfortable. Our room said it would sleep six. The pictures show 2 queen beds and a couch and ottoman. Couch did not pull out into a bed. The couch would not sleep 2 medium sized people. The breakfast that’s “included” but an extra $18 is a pass. Bring your own oatmeal packet or frozen waffles.

First room we were given was not vacuumed, had food and stuff on the floor. We went to check in desk again, received keys to a new room. This was was clean. We brought our dog. They had a good green area for him to use plus poop bag station. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of choices for everyone but only one choice on fruit, melon. Really like they had soy milk though. Overall, not a bad experience. Would recommend. Just check your room first before you get your stuff and family.

Liked: Pleasant atmosphere, nicely furnished, dining options, great staff, no smoking facility, no alcohol allowed in rooms, very quiet even though we faced the highway, were allowed to check in early, microwave and fridge provided Didn't like: chair in room was not comfortable, tile floor was cold at night

The only thing I would suggest is putting cups in the bathroom. Other then that it was perfect.

The room is smelly and they will not provide other accommodation. I tried chatting with Hilton.com and they told me to call an 800 number. ? I give up. Too much work on customer’s part. It smells like sewer gas! Ugh! Plus the fire alarm just went off because accidentally! I will not book Hilton Garden again

The beautiful place

The rooms seem to be a little different than other Hilton properties that I normally stay at. The cable isn't great when it is raining. It went off and on for awhile. My room was cleaned, but the towels were not replaced for what was taken out. Otherwise, it was good for our purpose.

The bathroom needs a better ventilation system , especially for using the mirror; steams up quickly.
