Room was very modern and cool. We had a beautiful partial Mountain View. It was very small however, so be aware of that. There was a sauna and a steam room, which was great. Also a free club room with snacks and drinks. Parking lot was very close. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again…but maybe upgrade to a bigger room. Loved it!

La chambre était superbe très calme le personnel était super agréable et le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon le séjour a été parfait

Odeur très particulière (canalisations?) dans la chambre avec en plus une vibration irrégulière avec perturbation sonore tout au long de la nuit. Expérience insatisfaisante et pour la première fois dans cet hôtel où j'ai eu l'habitude de séjourner.

The Okko Club lounge is the feature that brings us to stay each visit. It's a large lounge with soft drinks, fruit and snacks always available. The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. The rooms are modern but small; the Lounge compensates for the room size.

Le concept de l hôtel est super, tout comme son personnel et la qualité de sa literie!

Clean room although the duvet looked like it had been through a crushing machine or left in washing machine for a week. Due to the wrinkles but was clean.

Évacuation de l’eau de la douche était bouchée. J’ai inondé, sans le vouloir, une bonne partie de ma chambre et le couloir. J’ai passé 20 min à éponger toute l’eau. C’est dommage… je suis allé l’indiquer juste après à la réception.

Hôtel propre bien desservi. Le bémol c’est la taille du lit pas assez haut ni large pour un 4 étoiles..

Le personnel j’ai appelé car j’avais des resas qui se suivaient on m’a dit pas de soucis je suis arrivée personne était au u courant bref .. pas pro

The staff are friendly, helpfuo and professional. Club room is a great advantage and a lovrpy relaxing social space. Rooms are design led, compact but all the features you need, temperature, bed and light all great!
