Nice breakfast but room Ac leaked Everyone very nice and helpful

First time in Oaxaca we had an amazing time, all staff are respectful and friendly always willing to help Angel (bell man) give us good recommendations and was always nice. Karen (server) she was really nice too. The hotel has complementary breakfast which is complete and really good. It is important to mention that the hotel has 3 floors and there is not an elevator.

The staff and breakfast was amazing! The room was huge with high ceilings and a great view. Boutique hotel vibes in the perfect location and was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety on the menu.

Es realmente un hotel "boutique", pocas habitaciones, espaciosas y cómodas, pero muy bonitas y excelentemente localizado. Servicio muy amable, el desayuno, que está incluido, es a la carta y con un sabor muy mexicano/ oaxaqueño.

Hotel muy bien ubicado muy cerca de Santo Domingo y la catedral.Desayuno completo incluido y personal súper amable. El único punto malo sería que los baños de el área de restaurante les faltó un poco de limpieza y el colchón de la recámara yo creo que ya le hace falta cambiarlo. Si lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great place! Rooms are wonderful. Great roof de h with pool and car. Breakfast is fantastic. Very knowledgeable staff. Great location for shopping and architecture and galleries and restaurants.

Centrally located. All aspects were good. The included breakfast had a number of good choices. We ate a couple of times at the pool which was a lovely experience + shout out to the bar person at the pool who was very friendly. The street level rooms can be a bit noisy but the sound proofing is pretty good and earplugs worked.

The staff were very helpful and the room and property was clean.
