It was a great stay ! Enjoyed the pool and the live music at the fuego restaurant.

This hotel has potencial nice property especially the penthouse side, which has it’s own pool area and jacuzzi. Very beautiful, but they need to clean the pool, other than that nice place to lounge,This hotel has a problem with their cleaning staff and keeping up to date with the property. We stayed 3 nights at the garden penthouse, which had an out side private patio,which we were looking forward in enjoying. Room was nice with comfortable living room section,beds were comfortable. First night bath room sink was clog.The bath room smell like mildew, which they had automatic air freshener dispenser, probably for this reason, my biggest complain was the room towels . They were very old and stiff and robs as well. One of the towels had a green marker rubbed on it. The room had only 4 large towels and one hand towel. Did not provide small towels or bath rugs to step into. Had to call to bring all size towels and rugs every day we were there. All towels provide were like motel towels. Very disappointed for this type of penthouse room and hotel.Cleaning service left class cups and coffee cup dirty not replace nor was living room table cleaned. Nor was our patios clean from dirt and debris. We had to call front desk to send some one to clean it and to bring ice because no ice machine was there. We waited an hour for the ice and called again. The ice was brought in bag no bucket, first guy said there is no bucket second guy brought us an ice chest.don't think will stay here again.

Great property with a lot of activities to do, near a few wineries this time we what to enjoyed the hotel a little more, also is a pet friendly which is a plus, planning to come back with a more days

Muy ruidoso, entre habitaciones se escuchan hasta los ronquidos del vecino, lo cual no deja descansar

Habitaciones amplias, desayuno abundante y rico. El personal es muy amable. Muy bien ubicado con vistas hermosas

Property is great and nice location It just needs up keep and some mainteance work. staff is great and accomodating.

El aire funcionaba correctamente, la habitación limpia y cómoda , aceptan mascotas y el personal amable y servicial, aunque tuve un detalle con mi reservación el personal se esmeró en resolver el problema y atendieron mis necesidades y la de mi familia en todo momento, gracias Roberto y el equipo de recepción y de servicio por hacer nuestra estancia un momento placentero y relajante , saludos ! Muy descuidado

El lugar es ideal para relajarte, algo romántico muy confortable y sobre todo las amenidades

La Alberca tenía bichos hasta el fondo y los muebles de patio sillón tenía muchas telarañas y arañas 🕷️ todo lo demás excelente 😁
