Freshly updated with exceptional quality.

Modernly equipped rooms with fancy furniture, well decorated walls, comfortable bed. Room had all I need except a fridge. Also would be good if they offered still water instead of sparkling (or both options or asking at checkin, etc.), can't stand sparkling water... Some light switches didn't work. Great location just opposite the train station. Offer a light breakfast option, but quite expensive for what you get (coffee/bread), used to be half the price a few years ago.

Exceeded expectations! Fabulously curated boutique hotel with rooms that feel like a studio apt. Front desk and restaurant staff are fantastic. Wonderful home away from home. Shower heads were great & heated bathroom floor and towel rack a nice touch.

Ruined by a mix up with our booking - they had us down for 3 nights when my confirmation was for 2 nights - management refused to refund the extra night as we were outside the cancellation window...

Service bekommt „gemittelt“ 4 Sterne auf Grund des 5-Sterne-Service des sehr kundenfreundlichen Mitarbeiters Klaus, der mich ausgecheckt hat. Der Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken verdiente eher 1 Stern. Es gab trotz einer voll eingerichteten Küche nichts an Geschirr oder Besteck außer 2 Wassergläsern. Merkwürdig, soll man sich seine Töpfe, Teller usw. etwa alles mitbringen? Dafür gab es Müll von den Vorgästen. Das Zimmer war eigentlich schön, besonders die Hartböden, auf Grund derer ich das Hotel gewählt hatte, es war jedoch durch die Bank weg nicht sauber. Flecken auf Handtüchern & Bettwäsche sowie Staubschicht auf Kaffeemaschine & Oberflächen. Total irrsinnig ist die Sichtsituation im - ebenfalls eigentlich sehr schönen - Bad, die Rollos gehen nur über die unteren Fenster. Aus dem Gebäude gegenüber aus den höher gelegenen Stockwerken kann also einem jeder im Bad zuschauen. Ebenso irrsinnig die Tatsache, daß die Klimaanlage beim einchecken lief bei geöffneten Fenstern sowohl in Zimmer als auch Bad. Die zentrale Minibar im Flur [kostenpflichtig] fand ich angenehm, da die auf jeden Fall nachgefüllt wird, das Restaurant war jedoch während meines gesamten 2-Nächteaufenthalts geschlossen. Der Eingang ist übrigens nicht da wo auf Google Maps angezeigt, sondern auf der Tattersallstraße, nicht beschildert und wirkt sehr uneinladend. Als ich ankam, war die Tür [sehr dunkel, undurchsichtig] zu.

Perfect location for trains, huge rooms, nice toiletries. Limited tea /coffee in room with powdered milk. Breakfast was Euro24!

Nah zum Bahnhof, Auch Late Check in möglich, ruhiges Zimmer. Alles gepflegt. Frühstück allerdings sehr teuer,
