Although not walkable to flamingo beach, it is a 5+ min drive and a resort- like feeling staying in this gated facility. Large rooms. Helpful staff, nice pools well maintained grounds

Me pareció un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo para vacacionar en familia, la villa muy bien equipada y limpia. Y cercano a playas hermosas como Flamingo, Conchal, Penca.

Their website claims they have a restaurant but it’s only open for breakfast. We needed a quick lunch before a tour and they turned us away because they were bringing in a bus load of people from a tour group. There is no where in walking distance to eat… they seemed very worried about people stealing their towels- you had to go to the office to trade them in and there was often no one there…. I had a big list of issues- just choose somewhere else.

Rooms were quiet and well equipped. Pool and gardens are gorgeous. Staff was helpful when our schedule changed.

The people are great and it was very quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach and everything else but much more relaxed.

The property was lovely! It is a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful with all our inquiries and restaurant located on the property was very convenient for early morning breakfasts.

It is a beautiful place near to the Flamingo beach. It is a cozy place surrounded by nature. I slept very well and woke up hearing birds…that was fantastic! The staff was very kind. The hotel is located near restaurants, supermarket, and beaches. I highly recommend it!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really nice and helped with anything we needed! couple beaches nearby. Our favorite was playa flamingo which was only a 5min drive. PURA VIDA!

Leider hat es die ganze Zeit geregnet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es sehr laut auf dem Dach in der Nacht zu geht.( Blechdach). Wer ruhig schlafen will sollte besser nur bei purem Sonnenstrahlen da übernachten. Da absolut zu empfehlen. Etwas Wildnis um einen herum. Der Besitzer ist via WhatsApp zu erreichen. Sehr angenehm, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Bis auf die Nächte eine wunderbare Unterkunft und Gegend!

Wonderful people and an amazing area.

We stayed for a week. The location is beautiful, peaceful and very well-maintained. The landscaping, flowers, greenery and birds are a highlight. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The Playa Flamingo Beach is exceptionally beautiful but not within a comfortable walking distance so your own or paid transportation is needed.

We expressed our concern with the facility of their inability to offer the accommodation as advertised in Expedia. first the room bathroom was not functional, could not be flushed and the shower was not working. Also the tv in the room was not functional. We had booked two nights and ended up checking out following morning and did lay out these concerns with front desk.. The facility manager did not even want to talk to us. The rate for the facility is a -2. The 2nd night should be refunded as the facility accommodation was sub standards
