After 6 years of going there. I always get flight and hotel as a package and my gf stays with me. A room for 2, but now they charge her extra guest fee. Wifi was mostly rebooting. I don’t have a local mobile, so wifi was important. Had to sit in the lobby for something stable. Breakfast use to be really good. Is slowly going down to just basics. Was the first time I was really unhappy there.

La cadena me gusta, pero el hotel tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, en mi habitación me entregaron toallas raídas y deshilachadas, la luz del baño del espejo no servía, ya no dejan agua de cortesía.

Fue una muy buena experiencia en familia, tranquilidad, comodidad y muy buen servicio. Mejoraría un poco la variedad en el desayuno no queriendo con esto decir que este demeritando la calidad de un muy buen desayuno que disfrutamos

It was a pleasant stay, its a good location and staff was very attentive and polite.

I stayed with my family for 8 days in this property. Pros Service was impeccable. The pool was fantastic The A/C delivered the requested temperature. It is in front of a nice mall where you can get anything you need and the food court has very good choices. Points to improve Elevators. During our stay they were maintaining the elevators so moving up and down was a real challenge. Restaurant food was mostly good but quality was not consistent. For some reason the water on the shower does not drain quickly enough so you have to be careful to avoid water going out of the shower.

Very good place, I recommend.

Hotel very clean and quiet. Well run. Staff very courteous. Excellent breakfast, but room service menu for dinner rather limited.
