This is a simple but very clean and spacious hotel. Our room included a full sized refrigerator and was set up to allow simple cooking. The staff was efficient. We will use this hotel again if we are in Duchesne.

Stayed in late May in clean, spacious double queen room with kitchen. Kind, helpful staff and plentiful offerings available for complimentary breakfast service. Location next to gas station and Burger King enhances this spot in Duchesne.

King bed room was clean, convenient for fishing nearby. No real functional chairs or places to eat at ie. small table etc. their were two bar height chairs that when slid under the counter not even an infants legs would fit between the seat and counter. Second day we returned to our room around 4pm to find bed not made and garbages still full, and dirty towels not exchanged. They did arrive after 5pm and we just had them take out the trash.

Their breakfast was excellent. Nice hot meal. Rooms were very spacious. We could of cooked our meals if we wanted to. Would recommend.

Very nice place, new and clean. Daily room service, which is a rarity these days - much appreciated. Really liked the kitchen set-up, would have been even better if the hotplates would have worked. TV reception is spotty during high-traffic internet use, i.e. early evening, picture often freezes. Something needs to be done about hot water, takes 10 minutes of running the water before some hot water comes in.

Great place to stay while traveling across the Country. Room was well maintained, clean along with nice furnishings. Our biggest surprise was how friendly the staff was - everyone said hello and offered help when needed. I was late for breakfast by about 20 minutes. The woman working the breakfast was cleaning up, but stopped to offer me eggs and other items - she started our day off in a great way. We'll be back!

We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings.

Beds could use a mattress vacuum

Check in was easy. Place is very clean. Very quiet. Very satisfied.

Employees were nice & helpful.

The pool was closed, the breakfast was about a one star, cold eggs, out of orange juice, hard muffins.

Everything okey

Nice hotel, but hot tub not working and no one cared!!! It was just a “ oh well” Only one washer working in the laundry. Our hotel room dead bolt wouldn’t lock

Very Nice... big rooms, fridge and freezer, clean comfy beds and pillows... very nice staff and great location. Will stay there again for sure....

Nous avons pris une chambre avec cuisine, mais il n'y avait pas deux chaises et pas de table pour pouvoir prendre les repas. Lorsqu'on a demandé à l'accueil, ils nous ont répondu qu'il n'y avait pas la possibilité d'en avoir une. Il s nous ont répondu qu'il y avait une chaise de bureau et qu'on devait se débrouiller avec ! La réfrigérateur fait beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit, tout comme la climatisation. Nous étions au deuxième étage, au niveau insonorisation, tout est à revoir. On entend les voisins, les femmes de ménages, les personnes dans le couloir, bref ! La propreté des lieux est à revoir également (insectes, poussières) !
