No breakfast besides buffet. The buffet was always very busy. The eating area was load and crowded. But staff was friendly

in the city of cagayan nearby malls and restaurants, friendly staff it was a quick check in :) very spacious rooms and beds. I will definitely be back. Thank you VIP HOTEL

Very clean

Hotel shows its age. There was a small cockroach in our bathroom, but I guess that it can’t be helped with a building this old and not as well maintained. The saving grace of our stay was the friendliness and warmth of the staff.

Absolutely loved our stay. the staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
