Great location, great views but the room, kitchen and bathroom are dated and in need of rennovation.

I have driven past many times and always thought of staying there. This weekend I had the opportunity. I was so happy with my choice. My room was a studio with handicapped facilities. I recently injured my shoulder so this was an added bonus that was good luck and not planned My room enabled me to spend a few days in an area of the Sunshine Coast that I love to spend the day but there is always a traffic jam coming home. The hotel room was lovely. It had a double bed and couch. It also had large TV with Netflix and YouTube and allowed me to watch a game of the FIFA World Cup. The kitchen area had a kettle, Toaster, electric frypan. Microwave, some plates and a few serving dishes. It had a decent sink, clothes and washing detergent. A nice sized fridge with freezer. Free Wifi and the room was so spacious. As it was quite cold, I loved the reverse cycle air conditioner and many extra blankets. I can’t wait to return.

Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising.

The room was clean & bed comfy.

Reception and Cafe were closed for the 3 days we were there. Place had clean linen but kitchen area you had to wash items before using. We found our key card where stated but it was surprising that we could open another room with our keycard by mistake. Makes you wander about security. We didn't find the breakfast promised. Managed to find one staff member very undwcently

Beautiful view, easy check in, lovely pool, spacious room, nice bed but had a dip in the middle.

House keeping needs improvement, feel of dust on bare feet on floors. Coffee cups tea stained,benches not wiped. No coffee satchets. We did not receive our breakfast as advertised. Power and water out on arrival, this is unavoidable, however seemed to me that when i rang the off site manager to inform of the situation she was rude and i felt like i was a complainer. Advertised as luxury but i disagree. Our view from the front door was the carpark and the one back window view of public toilet. The noise from upstairs units was annoying on lower floors. Over all customer experience was Mehhh. Paid less for better rooms for sure.

The staff was friendly. There was a clicking noise all night disturbing us. It could be the sprinkler system. The shower screen was not effective. Subsequently, water all over the bathroom floor.

Room was great! Clean and tidy! Check in was easy! Plenty of beautiful views and walks in the area

Check in was nice and easy, disappointing that we didn’t receive our included continental breakfast.

Room was a good size. There was no staff there to book us in, we received no email with lockbox instructions, had to get one of the maintenance guys to get our key. We booked accom with two days of continental breakfast which was nowhere to be seen, and no staff to ask. Poor.

5/5 cleanliness 5/5 presentation 5/5 comfortable space The only criticism would be that there was no communication about the current closure of the restaurant and supplied breakfast options. I had packed expecting to have breakfast/dinner options there and lunch out with family. This is important as I'm ceoliac which means I can't just pickup a random snack. I'm used to working around such issues but forwarning would have ment I would have been prepared and not have to make special trips for food shopping.

The room was very comfortable and well set out. Everything was vey clean and tidy

We are satisfied with the cleanliness, spacy room and great balcony view. The location is good between Maleny and Montville. Highly recommended.

Was only there for one night so no time check out amenities but served my purpose well and would certainly recommend Clouds

We paid extra to stay with breakfast included but there was no breakfast or restaurant available in this place, so we have to go somewhere else. The nice area showed on photos was is not available at anytime for guests. We would like a refund for the breakfast that we paid and was not included
