it was lovely. room a little small but manageable. the staff was accomodating and wonderful

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable they gave us an upgrade, which was amazing. The front desk stuff was great overall great day highly recommend.

Really lovely room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to have a kettle so guests can make hot drinks in the room.

I love everything about this hotel - great customer service - great energy in the lobby - great restaurant with views of the city - rooftop sauna and jacuzzis - and close to public transport - it's the best!

The location is really nice. Very close to train station and a grocery store. The room was decently clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Staff was very kind and the lobby was very nice to work in. I would definitely consider staying again.

Super hôtel moderne et décontracté. Accueillant, propre, super bien équipé et qui accepte les chiens. Idéalement situé à Amsterdam, proche d'une station de métro.

Bra familjerum som var rymligt och välstädat. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen! Ligger väldigt nära Metro så det är lätt att ta sig in till centrum. Frukostbuffén var perfekt och hade allt man önskade sig!

We booked 5 days at Volkhotel to celebrate my partner's PhD submission. This hotel was perfect for the occasion. We could sleep in, have a luxurious buffet breakfast in the 7th floor, enjoy some of the cultural activities and shows, have a break playing some table tennis at Riet, stop for glühwine at the Veerkplats conversation pit, and end the day in the 8th floor sauna! The rooms were spotless, staff were helpful with all of our special requests, and truthfully I'm a little bit sad having to leave home today. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday. Thank you so much!

La suite était parfaite. Rien ne manquait dans le studio. L’accueil était fort chaleureux. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau!
