Perfect for an overnight stop in Waterloo.

All staff very friendly,efficient and accommodating. Super clean and nice looking . Excellent stay and will certainly return.

We stayed for one night and we have enjoyed the stay. Staff were very friendly and they offered nice free breakfast.

I made the reservation on short notice. Staff was awesome. Love the hotel amenities. My room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They really went above and beyond in working with our group. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the room rate of $174. That's a bit much for the Waterloo area.

Great place!

Excellent breakfast, beds were extremely comfortable, and rooms very clean. Only complaint was the only handicapped room that we were able to get had a tub instead of a walk-in shower so husband could not shower.

Nice hotel with plenty of parking, nice stuff fast check in and clean room

Rooms and beds are comfortable. Convenient location. Have not had issues finding parking. Nearby restaurants. Simple breakfast.

High price average hotel

There were no towels when needed, tv didn't work a full day of my stay. House keeping went in my room took items and stripped the bed before check out while I was at breakfast. I had to call them and wait til they figured out who got my stuff to return it. And still items were missing.

The manager was rude and disrespectful I woke up late so she kicked the door yelled and cussed at me

Bed was not comfortable. Was next to elevator and the walls shook.

Very clean and well kept! Breakfast was outstanding and hot! Staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable as well as personable!! Price was reasonable for a weekend rate!! 5 stars!

Some oxidation on shower area, one of the dispensers was on the floor. I guess it was not glued properly.
