The room was clean and had everything it said it would. The fridge and microwave worked well, hot water in sinks and shower worked well. The equipment in the workout room worked and the laundry facilities were convenient and priced well.

Did not feel safe

Checked in and checked out right away nasty place didn’t even spend the night there because I just couldn’t.

Check in time was 3pm we were unable to check-in until 7pm 4 hours later! After driving from 1am to 11 from NJ for my father's funeral....I was VERY TIRED and afterwards wanted to get in my room and sleep after everything was over....The staff was very nice and apologetic but again 7pm is ridiculous I'm sorry. The hotel smelled HORRIBLE room was too basic to have taken so long to clean bed uncomfortable. Overall a very bad hotel experience

I love the fact that it had full kitchens you could cook in with full size refrigerators. It was like a mini apartment home away from home apart from the fact that it was super loud from other guest and the fact that it had cockroaches. And that when we went in, it was already dirty like the floor was swept. There was dirt everywhere like piles of dirt in the bathroom and stuff.

My room didn't have a kitchen with a stove or anything and a pipe was sticking out of the wall that had a plastic grocery bag shoved in the end of it instead of being properly capped off. Was pet hair all over the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Sadly, this was a really nice hotel about 5 yrs ago…nie its gone to the dumps…it does have good safety features and nice people working there, but that's about the only good things about this place other than location being close to a lot of food options and grocery stores..

The photos are so different from actually being there in person. The toilet had no water in the tank so I had to use the small plastic vup to fill it up, after that it wirked fine as long as I shook the handle. I didn't feel safe as an older woman traveling alone, but all I needed was a place to lay my head. It was so uncomfortable, I woke up with a crook in my neck. The bathroom was not clean, the floors were not clean. I slept with my clothes on and I didn't get under the covers and the tv didn't work. What a nightmare. I will not be staying there again. The clerk was not nice at all.

Drunken parties and prostitutes. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. That Wyndham would have their name attached is unbelievable

This hotel was disgusting. Possibly the worst I have ever stayed. Our smoke free room smelled of smoke and our metal beds were like cots. Tub was nasty and trash barrel had used tampons left in them. No staff on site during the night . I’d rather stay in my car than do that again .. yuck

I made reservations on Oct 4th for a 2 night stay. Drove almost 3 hours on Oct 6th to reach the hotel, only to be told that my room was rented out and I had nowhere to spend the night. I was finally able to book a room 45 mins away in Charlotte NC. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. How can a reserved room be rented to someone else???

I did not get to stay or check in due to weather and power outage I'm currently awaiting my refund or re booking since I paid

Floors and walls are dirty, need washing , walls need to be painted, some towels are stained, need replacement. Rugs in hallway are filthy, need shampooing or replaced.
