Pague por una estancia con desayuno incluido y en el hotel me volvieron a cobrar el desayuno. la reserva que hice con expedia claramente decia DESAYUNO INCLUIDO, pero en el hotel dijeron que fue un error de la aplicacion de ustedes, ya que el desayuno no estaba incluido.

Big comfortable rooms, and very clean. Property was well kept with lots of trees, plants, and wildlife. Will definitely stay again.

Nos cancelaron la reservación horas antes del ingreso. Y lo peor, es que no avisaron, me di cuenta porque yo llamé avisando de que iba de camino y me dijeron que no tenía reserva porque supuestamente Expedia sobre vendió reservaciones.

Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. Breakfast is awesome, typical and good portions, restaurant is kind of limited, but chef knows his art. The best of it was the staff, young commited people to solve anything you needed, Nelsie and Mariana at front desk, and Yarid at restaurant works the extra mile to make you feel at home.

The hotel is pet friendly it's just that the management staff is a disaster. They changed our room to go with the dog; I understand that, but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes and they closed the restaurant for us. They didn't clean our room but they never told us what we had to do to receive the service. The Zoco restaurant is another point of improvement and it is better to say that they do not have olive oil, before bringing cooking oil. The Hotel is good; bad service.

Everything was perfect! They saved us with laundry services that cleaned all our dirty muddy wet clothes!!!

Old and price on Expedia much more than at the property if I had reserved directly.

Una estadía muy agradable. Amenidades excelentes para las familias con mascotas ya que disponen de áreas exclusivas para disfrutar y nos pueden acompañar en la habitación. Definitivamente volveremos. La playa está a 10 minutos caminando.

Me gusto mucho el lugar, el edifico está muy nuevo y bien mantenido, con un aspecto moderno, confirmar traviesa y muy aseado. La atención fue muy buena, las personas fueron muy amables y la comida muy rica.
