Room smelt of dogs

Beautiful setting Hotel was lovely, we stayed in the little cottages and we couldn’t fault it. Nice and clean. Well presented. Had all that we needed. Having the 2 separate rooms upstairs and downstairs was great for when we put our little boy down to bed. Breakfast was amazing too. 5* all around definitely would recommend and would want to stay again

La propiedad es muy bonita y la ubicación es privilegiada en los Cotswolds, específicamente en Lower Slaughter junto a un río y a unos pasos del molino y de senderos rurales. El pub que tiene el hotel es muy cómodo y cuando hace buen clima tienen un jardín con un food truck y bancas para disfrutar el día. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda y limpia, con suficientes enchufes y muy amplia. La comida estuvo buena sin ser nada especial. Todo el personal fue muy amable.

The staff were all so lovely, welcoming and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for me while I was there. The building and surrounding area are stunning and very relaxing.

I would not recommend. Place was so busy with Easter weekend and guests had nowhere to sit, tables dirty, queue for bag long, queue for food long, coffe at breakfast takes 30mins to arrive, didn’t clean our room, didn’t replace towels when asked, complained to manager and nothing done about it. Stay clear and stay at any of the gorgeous places in the Cotswolds

Very welcoming on arrival, all staff very helpful and friendly during stay. Parking was easy, gardens lovely.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. The rooms were clean and roomy. Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Evening meal and breakfast were lovely and will accommodate anyone’s needs. We asked about local walks and staff were very helpful and gave us maps I would definitely stay again.

Yes. All inclusive breakfast everything I had hoped for. And a great bar.

We had a great stay at the slaughters country inn. Dog friendly and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Had a lovely couple of nights staying here. Staff and food were 5 star all the way. My only criticism was that as someone with mobility issues the stairs to access our room were hard. If we came again would explore the opportunity to stay in one of the downstairs properties

Really great break

We had a lovely time, we had our little dog with us and they made sure everything was done to make our stay memorable. It’s in such a great location and very central to the Cotswolds experience
